Christian Post Report – Action role playing game, “Dragon Age: Inquisition” released its first DLC, “Jaws of Hakkon” Tuesday, treating players with a new dragon and other features.

Bioware, under games publisher Electronic Arts announced the release of “Jaws of Hakkon” its first ever downloadable content for role playing action video game, “Dragon Age: Inquisition,” which gives players a chance to encounter a new dragon, as well as use brand new weapons and armor.

Players should expect the new DLC to bring the games’ characters on a quest to seek a legendary dragon hunted eight hundred years ago by the last Inquisitor. The new content will reveal the fate of that Inquisitor, as well as unfold new territory featuring mountains and forests, with potential danger ready to spring at characters from the thick foliage.

Players will encounter the goat-throwing tribe of Avvar whom they can potentially recruit to help in their gameplay. The Avvar people’s default activity is to keep attempting to wake the dragon, an additional twist for added adventure in the game.

“Jaws of Hakkon” comes with new enemies, and another new region in the game environment called Frostback Basin. The existing zones in the game will also contain new features to engage players and strengthen the narrative thread.

The new downloadable content will still allow players to choose which race their character will be, whether human, elf or dwarf, to play in the fantasy world of the Thedas continent, with the DLC expanding the usual single player game experience.

The new territory will feature a mainly vertical landscape with dense wilderness where players fight and collect weapons and other legendary armor while working towards the goal of uncovering the ancient secret of the “Jaws of Hakkon” that may or may not destroy all Thedas.

“Jaws of Hakkon is currently available for Xbox One for $15 in North America and £11.99 in the U.K.
