Radiohead to release ninth studio album this year.

When asked as to when fans can expect their much-awaited album, Phil Selway, the band’s drummer, said in a recent interview with Drowned in Sound that the record is “coming along nicely.” But he does not want to give a timeframe for the album release.

“I wouldn’t want to start to predict that kind of thing in a Radiohead schedule because you can find yourself six months down the line saying ‘I wish I hadn’t have said that actually!'” he said.

Although careful on divulging any release dates of their album, Selway reassures that the band is working on the album and is making good progress.

“We worked throughout the autumn up to just before Christmas and now we’re just taking some time away from other projects,” Selway added.

Radiohead’s 2015 album is making waves in the music scene as several websites including Consequence of Sound listing Radiohead’s album as one of The 50 Most Anticipated Albums of 2015.

Another website, Citizen Insane makes a list of the 12 possible songs that might be in the upcoming album. The list includes some of the unreleased songs the band debuted before either during a live show or during their The Kings of Limb Tour in 2012. The songs may include:
