Rayjo is a neosoul, gospel artist with a strong, relevant message. Beginning at the age of 16, with a heartbeat for hiphop, Rayjo developed musically by listening to Motown oldies. David Ruffin was one of his first inspirations for singing. However, being in the church choir helped him to develop vocally, while his love for God grew. The song “More” is a reflection of Rayjo’s desire to have more of God as he deals with the challenges of life.
