Fast Facts: FBC Park Street’s history dates back to 1831 and includes historical Baptist figures Lottie Moon, John Broadus, and Virginia Sinclair Hawes. The church carries on the traditions of Moon and Hawes each year through both the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering and Vacation Bible School. FBC Park Street also operates a weekly food kitchen for the city and offers a winter basketball league and AWANA for young people as well as several senior and adult weekly Bible study opportunities. Please pray for these ministries as well as their upcoming mission trip to Daytona Beach, Florida. Several members will be on mission in Daytona again this spring for Bike Week. Pray for their safe travel and effectiveness in presenting the gospel at this event.
