Patricia Heaton, who is best known for her role in the hit sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, warned of an imminent anti-religious onslaught as President Trump plans to announce a Supreme Court nominee in the wake of the passing of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
“Friends, be prepared for social media to be filled with an onslaught of arrogant pronouncements based on breathtaking ignorance of religion in general, Christianity specifically and Catholicism in particularly by people who wouldn’t recognize God if He bit them on the bum.” Heaton, a professing Catholic, seemingly wrote in regards to the impending nomination on Sunday.
