Ebola has killed more than 1,400 people across West Africa with no end in site to the epidemic and no proven cure.
Operation Blessing is bringing aid to help fight the outbreak. They’ve shipped supplies, including disposable protective clothing, rubber gloves, face masks, needles, and medicine to help serve the Ebola clinics in two locations in remote parts of Liberia.
“It’s a nation in crisis,” David Darg, vice president of Operation Blessing, said. “The people of Liberia are afraid. There’s just mass hysteria, mass fear.”
“Prayer is so essential just to keep the team safe on the ground. People can help financially,” Darg said. “We can do a lot to help Liberia.
