The 54 year old was detained at the Christian event on the Somerley Estate on 1st August before being released on bail until last Wednesday.
In a brief statement seen by Premier, Hampshire Police confirmed the individual has now been freed pending a probe by the force.
Officers were called to the event in the early hours of the morning following a report of a 21 year old woman being sexually assaulted.
They said the victim was receiving support from specialist officers.
Thousands of people attended the festival, which is organised by Holy Trinity Brompton and offers guests and a week of fellowship, teaching and worship.
Focus first started in 1992. Speakers this year included the Bishop of London Dame Sarah Mullally and the American author and speaker RT Kendall.
