An anonymous letter has been released by the Senate Judiciary Committee outlining a fourth allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The letter, posted on Twitter by CBN News, is completely anonymous and appears to be written by the mother of a daughter whose friend was allegedly assaulted by Kavanaugh in 1998.
The letter reads, “when he [Brett Kavanaugh] was author of the Starr Report, my daughter (from Boulder Colorado) occasionally socialized with Brett Kavanaugh.”
“She and a group of four (including Kavanaugh met in a Washington D.C. bar). Her friend was dating him. When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually,” it continues.
The letter goes on to say that the woman who was allegedly assaulted called the author’s daughter on September 21 to seek guidance on whether or not she should come forward with the allegation, noting that they decided that she should remain anonymous.
The letter makes mention of “at least four witnesses” being present.
