Tonight’s premiere will continue on from the shock happenings from the Season 4 finale, which left more than a few questions unanswered.

Fans will be looking to find out what a more mature and darker Sansa will do in the new season. Also The Sand Snakes are set to play a central role in the plot for the coming episodes, and it will be interesting to see whether they move to take revenge for their father, Prince Oberyn’s death.

However, probably the question on most fans minds is what will happen to Tyrion after killing Tywin Lannister? Fan favorite, Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion has spoken out ahead of the new season, saying to Entertainment Weekly: “He’s in a world of pain and s*** when we find him. Obviously for good reason. But he has some people around him who convince him to get back on his feet because he’s sort of ready to end it, which is very un-Tyrion like. He’s ready to give up.”

The synopsis for Game of Thrones Season 5 Episode 1 states: “Cersei and Jaime adjust to a world without Tywin. Varys reveals a conspiracy to Tyrion. Daenerys faces a new threat to her rule. Jon is caught between two kings.”

Tonight’s GoT’s Season 5 premiere has reportedly already been leaked online via a website in India. A website named “PromptFile” is allegedly already streaming the first episode of the new season to fans.

There is also a rumor on Reddit that torrent sites will have six episodes of the new season up on them by tonight alone. Some comments on the site are claiming that the first four episodes of Season 5 of Game of Thrones have already been leaked online.

Despite the leaks, no doubt millions upon millions of Game of Thrones fans will be tuning into HBO to watch the Season 5 premiere episode tonight.

The wait is finally over for Samsung Galaxy S5 owners on mobile carrier AT&T. After months of complaining that one of Samsung’s flagship phones has not yet received the much awaited Android Lollipop update, S5 owners may now avail of the update through over the air updates.

As of April 8, AT&T has not yet released the update and this is despite its release for S5 units on other mobile carriers such as Sprint and Verizon. A report in TechTimes dated April 8 noted that the update for the newer model has not yet arrived, while AT&T has already started rolling out updates for the older Samsung Galaxy S4 model and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

The report speculated that the reason why the carrier may have chosen to delay the update may be due to software issues that S5 users encountered when updates were rolled out months earlier by other mobile carriers such as Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. These carriers had to stop the updates abruptly and re-introduce them only recently.

In an April 9 report in TechTimes, AT&T had officially announced that the update is now available for the S5. This announcement was made only two days before the release of its newest flagship phones, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge, which already has Android Lollipop pre-installed.

AT&T released the following update summary: “AT&T released a software update for the Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900A) on April 8, 2015. The update is available to customers to download via Firmware Over The Air (FOTA). Wi-Fi is required for the update and the file size is 1.4 GB.”

A support page is available for users to consult about the details of the update, the highlights of Android 5.0, and instructions for those who prefer initiating the update themselves rather than wait for the firmware update to be “pushed to them.”

Christian Post Report – In what LG called a “consumer experience campaign,” it will give 4,000 lucky consumers a chance to “test drive” its new flagship phone, the LG G4, before its release in the end of the month.

The LG G4 is set to be launched on April 28, based on the media invitations it had earlier sent out, according to a report in CNET. But prior to the launch, the South Korean company decided to undertake this campaign to “drum consumer buzz” for its new phone.

According to an official blog post on LG, as reported in PC Advisor, participants in the campaign “will be selected based on their entry responses (selection criteria may vary in each market). Individuals increase their chances of being selected by sharing their application experience on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Weibo.”

The 15 markets include 15 countries such as Korea, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Tokyo, the U.K. and the U.S. The program was first launched in Korea and will be launched in the other countries in the coming days.

Once participants are selected, they will receive an LG G4 on loan for 30 days to “test out” the new phone “every way possible.” They will also be given “assignments to complete” with corresponding prizes to be awarded.

The CNET report cites that LG through this campaign is not only making use of participants as “a de facto sales force” but is also spreading publicity about its product through social media, as would-be participants need to spread the word about the phone in order to apply to the program.

This program is apparently similar to a loaner program that T-Mobile did for the iPhone 5s.

In a released statement, LG President and CEO Juno Cho said that “customers are our best fans and we think this would be an exciting and unique way to get our most important mobile produce of the year close to the public.”

Of all the teams in the NBA today, the New York Knicks should have been one of the most promising. Aside from winning back Carmelo Anthony, who seriously thought about leaving, they got a new team president and coach who both promised wonders for the team.

Unfortunately, things did not go according to plan.

Approaching the end of the season, the Knicks have only won 15 games and lost 60 games, a franchise worst. There are still several games to go and those numbers could still get worse.

However, in spite all of the disappointment and bad vibes floating around New York City, rookie coach Derek Fisher was optimistic enough to have talked about the Knicks’ potential next year.

“So we don’t have go from 15 to 36 next year. We can go from 15 to 63 if we really want to. But that is up to us,” Fisher told ESPN.

While getting a huge turnaround is certainly possible, a 48-game turnaround is still unheard of.

Last year, the Milwaukee Bucks only had 15 wins last season, but improved to 38 wins with still several more games to go.

In 2007, the Boston Celtics had a 42-game turnaround after signing both Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett, and letting them play with Paul Pierce in his prime.

But as far as the Knicks are concerned, they are not capable of getting any extremely good role players with for the relatively small salaries they are able to offer.

Carmelo Anthony will be returning healthy, but he would still need to follow Fisher and Phil Jackson’s triangle system, which has been a difficult adjustment for the Knicks all season long.

Jordan Spieth remains at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the third round with a record setting 16 under par, however, England’s Justin Rose has made things interesting with a surge late on in Day 3 to go 12 under par, meaning everything is still to play for. Coverage of Day 4 of The Masters 2015 can be watched on TV, with the live broadcast on The Golf Channel starting at 9.30 a.m. ET, and CBS at 2 p.m. ET. Jordan Spieth has had a record setting three days at The Masters 2015, but on the third day he did have a few anxious moments, especially towards the final few holes. But despite a little wobble, Spieth enters Day 4 with a four shot lead over his nearest rival, and with just 18 holes remaining, he is a big favorite to take the green jacket.

Spieth’s 2 under par round of 70 on Saturday ensured that he broke the 54-hole Masters scoring record; his 16 under par of 500 besting Tiger Wood’s 15 under par set years ago.

Rose has made the final day interesting, shooting a 5 under par 67 on Day 3 to draw him just back into contention and ensuring that there will still be a degree of pressure on Spieth going into the final round.

Phil Mickelson also put on a good show in Day 3, ensuring that he enters the final round with 11 under par, and arguably is also still in the running. Mickelson will be in the next to last grouping with Charley Hoffman for Day 4.

Huawei is one of China’s top mobile phone brands, and there are a number of reasons why.

First, it provides high quality smartphones to the Chinese people within their local markets. Second, its smartphones are relatively cheaper than other brands.

For several months now, there have been rumors surrounding the upcoming Huawei P8 smartphone, which missed the Mobile World Congress event last month. According to a report from GSM Arena, there are new rumored details about the Android-powered smartphone.

In the report, the Huawei P8 would not pack the Kirin 930 chipset as previously hinted, but instead an updated and more powerful processor, Kirin 935. The device will boast a 5.2-inch display with a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 3GB of RAM, and a 32GB built-in storage. Other rumored features include a 13MP Sony-made camera, a 2,600mAh battery, and there are even rumors of a fingerprint scanner.

The report mentioned that Huawei will be holding an event on April 15 in London, probably to officially release its upcoming flagship. There are reportedly two versions of the device – one costing about $500 and another priced steeper at $800.

Those waiting for a glimpse of Kate Middleton may have to wait a few more weeks before they can see the young royal as the Duchess of Cambridge is currently on her maternity leave. She began her maternity leave on March 28, the day after making three public appearances in London with her husband.

Though the Duchess and Prince William have yet to confirm her exact due date, it has been reported that the royal is set to give birth on April 25. The Duchess herself said that she is due in the second half of this month sometime between April 15 to April 30.

As the due date nears, royal sources have begun to give a preview of what the public can expect when the couple’s second child is born.

Contrary to some reports, the Prince and the Duchess do not know the gender of the baby, royal sources told ABC news. There have been rumors that the baby is a girl, and Briton bookies revealed last week that the name Charlotte is heavily favored by Britons as the child’s name.

According to ABC’s sources, public announcements about both the Duchess’ labor and the baby’s birth will be shared only after all relevant family has been notified.

The Duchess is expected to stay at Kensington Palace in London well before her due date, to make it easier to get to her chosen maternity unit, the private Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. The unit is where she gave birth to her first child, Prince George, in July 2013. Dr. Guy Thorpe Easton will lead the medical team overseeing her delivery.

It is also reported that the family of four will spend a few days at Kensington Palace after the birth before returning to their home in Amher Hall.

Sources also told Daily Mail that the Prince will take a two-week paternity leave from his new job at East Anglia Air Ambulance, where he works as a pilot.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis are reuniting on the dance floor. The pair, who won the Mirror Ball Trophy on “Dancing With the Stars” season 18 will be featured on the upcoming dance extravaganza “SWAY: A Dance Trilogy,” on June 5 and 6 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

“I can’t stay away,” says Chmerkovskiy of his “DWTS” partner. “We love working together. Any opportunity I get to dance with her is welcome.”

The Olympic gold-winning ice dancer took part in her first SWAY production back in December but was only able to dance for one night because of her busy schedule. This time, she will be on two shows and the matinee on June 6, according to People.

Chmerkovskiy says that Davis loves to be a part of the show.

“We love having her,” said the 35-year old dance pro. “She’s just a pleasure.”

Though rumors that the two are secretly dating still swirl on the internet two season after they’ve won the grand prize at the hit ABC dance competition show, Chmerkovskiy insists that they are only friends and that she has become a part of his inner circle.

“We became close, dear friends,” he says. “There were romance rumors all over the place, but there always are. It’s the nature of the show. When you have single people on there, there are assumptions, assumptions, and assumptions.”

Now, Chmerkovskiy is rumored to have gotten back together with Peta Murgatroyd. The pair has not confirmed the rumors as of the moment, and it appears that all three of them get along just fine as Murgatroyd, Chmerkovskiy, and Davis were photographed heading out to lunch at Gracias Madre in Anaheim on Thursday, April 2 by Just Jared.

The pro dancer says that they didn’t let any of the positive or negative publicity “undermine what they think of one another.”

“She is part of the family,” he said of Davis.

Christian Post Report – Activision’s next Call of Duty from Treyarch will be Black Ops III as suggested by a teaser.

Game studio Treyarch will be taking over the task of bringing the next Call of Duty first-person shooter game installment project this year.

Treyarch brought the 2008 hit “World at War” and the previous “Black Ops” editions. Up to this day, it still wasn’t been duly confirmed as to what title the studio will take on next. However, strong speculations pointed out that 2015’s CoD edition will most probably be “Black Ops 3.”

Activision’s newly released teaser gives some clues. Although the video is devoid of any in-action game footage to give gamers a concrete idea of what the gameplay will be like, the end of the preview shows the Roman numerals “III,” which strongly indicates a sequel of the 2012 game.

The good news is that fans won’t have to wait too long to know more details about the upcoming game. It was indicated in the video that the world reveal of the first-person shooter will be on Sunday, April 26.

“We have Treyarch developing the game. We’ll have a larger installed base of next-gen hardware to sell into, and we believe our Q4 new release can be one of our best games yet. So we think the future is bright,” Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg said previously.

Earlier reports also indicated that the game will likely be released this fall.

Recent casting news for the upcoming fourth installment of Marvel’s “Iron Man” indicates that franchise mainstay Gwyneth Paltrow will return once again to take on the role of Tony Stark’s (Robert Downey Jr.) right hand woman and lover. However, the fourth film could be the character’s last appearance in the big screen feature.

Venture Capital Post said that Miss Potts is likely to die in “Iron Man 4.” VCP pointed out the numerous near-death incidents that the character faced, but this time her luck will run out.

“With a new and old villain rumored to be returning for the fourth franchise of the Iron Man movie, Pepper Potts lifeline might actually reached its end,” they speculated.

The last sequel, “Iron Man 3,” saw the Stark Industries CEO contracting Extremis powers after she was made a test subject by a villainous group.

Rumors pointing out to the film’s development also said that RDJ, who has been in the MCU movie franchise ever since its inception, might be ditching the “billionaire/playboy” role.

However, these speculations were proved to be untrue based on what the franchise co-star Shane Black told the press.

“There has been a lot of discussion about it: ‘Is this the last Iron Man for Robert [Downey, Jr.]?’ Something tells me that it will not be the case, and [he] will be seen in a fourth, or fifth,” he told Variety.

“Iron Man 4” film is expected to hit the theatres sometime on 2018.
