Christian Post Report – Selena Gomez and Zedd recently released their new music titled “I Want You to Know,” and now the EDM DJ is gushing about how “perfect” Selena is on the new track.

In an interview on Power 96.1, the DJ opened up about how they started working together.

“I’d been working on this little idea with Ryan Tedder a couple of months ago and I met Selena randomly,” he said. “I ran into her and she came into my studio … I played her all the music that I had and she played me some of the stuff that she’s been working on and we realized that there were songs that we could do together that’d sound really good, ‘I Want You to Know’ being the main focus for both of us.”

We started working on the song together and recorded her vocals and realized that it sounds perfect, so I never tried anyone else on the song and it happened to be the first single from my album,” he said.

Selena and Zedd, whose real name is Anton Zaslavsky, have been rumored to be dating since January, and rumors started to fly when the two attended the Golden Globes together. Though they have never confirmed their relationship, the two have regularly posted pictures of each other on their respective Instagram accounts.

The pair attended Camila Cabello’s 18th birthday last week, and while there are no photos of them posing together, a guest named Alexander DeLeon took a picture showing Zedd laughing with Taylor Swift and Hayley Williams at the party.

It has been reported that the music video of “I Want You to Know” will be released soon, and Zedd confirmed that he will be in the video with his rumored girlfriend. The DJ also recently said that they collaborated on more song apart from their first track.

Christian Post Report – Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus shocked his 1.7 million followers on Twitter last week when he tweeted, “I’m going to be a grandfather. Just call me Pawpaw!” Does this mean that one of his children, specifically Miley Cyrus, is expecting a baby?

In January, Life & Style ran a cover story announcing that Miley was “pregnant and dumped.” The article claimed that she was “notoriously lax about birth control” and that her boyfriend, Patrick Schwarzenegger, considered breaking up.

According to the magazine, Patrick’s family staged an intervention during a recent vacation in Hawaii, demanding that he breaks up with the singer.

“But Miley had her own surprise in store,” claims the magazine’s source. “When Patrick got back to L.A., they went to dinner and both said that they had something to say to each other. Patrick went first and said he needed some space and wanted to take a break—and that’s when Miley interrupted and said, ‘Well you can’t, because I’m pregnant!'”

Miley never commented on the rumors directly, but she did silence the split talk when she attended a pre-Grammy’s event with Schwarzenegger. And if her gown was any indication, there was no hint whatsoever of a baby bump.

However, the baby rumors continued, so the “Wrecking Ball” singer decided to poke fun at them by posting a manipulated image of herself getting an ultrasound. Her best friend Cheyne Thomas played a doctor, and the sonogram showed a pizza baby.

“The rumors are true,” Miley captioned the shot.

It turns out that Billy Ray was also poking fun at the pregnancy rumors, and is not actually expecting a grandchild, according to an insider from E! News. The country singer posted a follow up to his tweet, which was the same image on Miley’s Instagram, and wrote, “Yep…Papaw Cyrus.”

Christian Post Report – Electronic Arts has recently announced that Maxis, the company behind the very successful “Sims” franchise, is closing its doors.

It was reported that EA purchased the company as Maxis continued to operate independently while building all the latest games including “Sim City,” “Spore” and “Sims 4.”

The designer of Sim City Guillame Pierre expressed his sorrow over the fact that the team at Maxis and the company itself is now a thing of the past. In his Twitter account, Pierre wrote, “Well it was a fun 12 years, but it’s time to turn off the lights and put the key under the door. #RIPMaxisEmeryville.”

EA announced that they will be merging the studio with their own in Melbourne. They also confirmed that all the games, including the Sims franchise, will continue to grow with ideas from the Maxis team.

Though Maxis is shutting down, fans need not worry about upcoming expansion packs for ‘Sims 4’ being scrapped, as the game’s first DLC, “The Sims 4 Get to Work,” is about to launch sometime next month.

The expansion pack is a hybrid of two popular expansions from previous titles, namely “The Sims 3 Ambitions” and “The Sims 2 Open for Business.” In the new DLC, players will be able to guide their Sims through different careers in law enforcement, medicine, and science. Those who would prefer their Sims to take on an entrepreneurial role could guide them to open and operate their own business.

Maxis has confirmed that “The Sims 4 Get to Work” will be available in both digital and disc form and will reportedly cost $40.

Christian Post Report – Last Friday on “The Young and the Restless,” Summer is at Austin’s memorial and is screaming at the casket. She yells that it’s her fault, and she rushes out. Phyllis and Nick wonder why she’s blaming herself for his dead.

At the hospital, Christine tells Dylan that someone ran her over on purpose and that person took her baby. When Dylan asks who would do such a thing, Christine tells him that his mother would.

Meanwhile, at the station, Victor argues with Paul, who just placed Nikki under arrest. Paul says that eyewitnesses said that Nikki’s car swerved towards Chris. Dylan arrives, and Paul says that Nikki targeted Christine.

Later, Nikki visits Chris in his hospital room. Chris asks her if she’s there to gloat. Nikki denies it and says she’s devastated, and she also blames him for not looking. He screams at her to get out. Dylan and Paul arrive, and Chris tells them that he hates her.

Sage finds Nick at Austin’s memorial and complains bitterly about her marriage. He tells her to be true to herself and do what she wants to do. She says that means a divorce and no inheritance for her. She says that Gabe has changed a lot since he and Nick were at school.

Christian Post Report – Mortal Kombat X is set for release in about a month, and NetherRealm has confirmed that a classic character is about to make his return in the upcoming game.

It has been confirmed that Johnny Cage will be a playable character in the latest installment of the Mortal Kombat series. The character made his first appearance in the very first Mortal Kombat game which was launched in 1992.

“You’ll get to play as Johnny Cage, but we’re also showing Cassie Cage who is the daughter of Sonya [Blade] and Johnny,” said NetherRealm Studio’s senior producer Adam Urbano to IGN. “You’ll get a chance to see Kenshi and a chance to see a couple more.”

Johnny Cage, whose real name is John Carlton, is an arrogant and overconfident martial arts film actor who usually provides the comic relief in the franchise. The character is modeled after martial arts film actor John Claude Van Damme.

Meanwhile, Kenshi is a blind swordsman who possesses psychokinetic powers and is often seen in the company of Cage. The character debuted in 2002’s Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.

The new game picks up 25 years into the future where the 2011 Mortal Kombat reboot leaves off, and classic and new characters will battle along with the next-generation children of the older fighters.

Joining Johnny, Cassie, and Kenshi in Mortal Kombat X are D’Vorah, Ermac, Ferra/Torr, Goro, Jacqueline Briggs, Kano, Kitana, Kotal Khan, Kung Jin, Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Raiden, Reptile, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Takahashi Takeda.

Mortal Kombat X releases worldwide on April 14, 2015 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3. Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.

Christian Post Report – After 12 episodes of “The Bachelor,” Chris Soules has finally chosen between Whitney Bischoff and Becca Tilley on the season finale of the reality show, which aired on Monday, March 9.

Chris returns to his hometown in Iowa to think about choosing between Whitney and Becca. His family is going to meet the two ladies and Chris says that his family’s opinion is important to him.

“I am dating two extremely awesome girls and I feel like I’m falling in love with both of them,” he reveals.” I’ve got an extremely tough decision to make … I have no idea what I’m going to do.”

Whitney is the first to arrive and she brings a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers for the family. Chris’ family appears to fall in love with Whitney as she tells them that she “came here from the beginning for Chris.” Whitney also said that she is willing to move to Iowa and start a new life with him.

Later, the family is touched when Whitney tells them that she lost both of her parents and that she “can’t wait to call someone mom and dad again.”

The day after Whitney leaves, Becca arrives. She tells the camera, “I think I could potentially be meeting my future in-laws.” She admits to the family that she’s hesitant about leaving California to move to the tiny town of Arlington. “I’m not going to pick up my life and move anywhere until I’m sure that I’m sure … wherever it is,” she said.

Later, Chris’ family questions whether Becca is worth the risk. One of his sisters say that while Becca is a good girlfriend, Whitney would make a great wife for Chris.

Chris goes on a final date with the girls. He takes Becca to a restaurant and asks her if she sees a future with him and be a part of a small town. She tells him that she can’t make any promises and that she doesn’t know.

Afterwards, Chris takes Whitney to pick corn with him, and she appears to be very enthusiastic about their unconventional date. Chris admires Whitney and says that he wants a woman who is excited to be part of a life that he has made in Iowa.

For the final rose ceremony, Chris heads to his barn, with a ring by Neil Lane in his pocket. Becca arrives first, and Chris tells her, “You’re not really ready.”

“I have to go with my heart and gut and I don’t think it’s fair for either of us to take that leap at this point,” he adds. “I am so thankful to have been able to meet your family and be with you.”

Becca gracefully accepts this and says, “You’re an amazing person, and this whole experience was the way it was for me because of you.”

Becca leaves, and Whitney arrives. Chris tells her, “From the moment you got out of that limo, I can still remember the time we spent together…probably one of the best days in my life when we got to crash a wedding together.”

He gets down on one knee, and says, “It’s not work for us, it’s natural…It feels so right, it feels so perfect and that’s what I want for the rest of my life. I love you. Everything about this moment feels right and I want the world to know that I love you, Whitney Bischoff. Will you marry me?”

Whitney is in tears as she gasps, “Absolutely. Oh my God.”

“I love you so much. I’m the luckiest girl in the world,” she tells him.

And Chris retrieves the final rose and asks his future bride, “There’s one more thing. Whitney, will you accept this rose?”

Madrid dominated possession throughout the match, holding on to the ball 63 percent of the time. As a result, they were able to attempt eight total shots, converting on their only two that were on target.

Schalke only managed six shots on goal, and despite having four on target could not beat goalkeeper Iker Casillas.

It was also a very physical contest, with 25 total fouls, and four yellow cards – one on Madrid’s Toni Kroos and three Schalke players namely Kevin Boateng, Roman Neustadter and Jan Kirchhoff.

With this return leg to be played at the Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid hold a big advantage.

However, things have not been up to their standards lately as they have failed to win in their last two matches across all competitions.

They drew against Villarreal and lost to Athletic Bilbao in the La Liga, surrendering the lead to Barcelona in the process.

As for Schalke, they are fifth in the Bundesliga and recently ended their four-match winless run with a 3-1 win over Hoffenheim.

The German club will surely try to take advantage of Madrid’s misfortunes if they want to advance to the next round of the Champions League.

Klaas Jan-Huntelaar leads the club in goals scored in the competition with three, but will need help as no other player in the squad has scored more than once so far.

For Madrid, Ronaldo leads the goal-scoring tally with six, while Karim Benzema has also found the touch with five in the competition.

Christian Post Report – Last week on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the ladies are in Amsterdam and what would have been a pleasant dinner turns into an ugly confrontation between Lisa Rinna and Kim Richards.

All the ladies arrive for dinner, and Yolanda Foster tries to start a conversation about how all of them are going through something. She talks about her daughter Bella getting a DUI recently and said that it scared her.

Lisa shared that her sister died of drug and alcohol overdose, and to add that up with her husband Harry Hamlin’s family’s addiction issues makes her worried that her kids might suffer the same fate.

At this point, Lisa tearfully apologizes to Kim once again for bringing up her issues in the past.

“I’m sorry if I got into your business,” she said.

But Kim is having none of it and snaps, “Well you have, and we’ve discussed this. I have been sober for three years, and my friends and family have never seen me like that.”

But Lisa reminds her that she was not so sober at Eileen’s poker party a few weeks ago, where Kim admitted that she took a pain pill to explain her strange behavior.

At this, Kim loses it and lashes out at Lisa.

“You have gone around to everyone and talked, asking where I’ve gone to treatment, if I had a sponsor. You want to bring up my stuff, let’s talk about your home life,” she said.

Lisa looks utterly confused, and Eileen intervenes. Kim directs her anger at Eileen this time and calls her a beast. Kim then goes on a tirade and says that Eileen has an ugly face, hair, and attitude.

Kim then turns to Lisa and says, “Why don’t you have a piece of bread and maybe you’ll calm down a little. Why don’t we talk about the husband?”

Lisa immediately rises to defend her husband and warns Kim not to “ever touch my husband.”

“You better watch what you’re talking about or everyone will know,” warns Kim. At this, Lisa picks up a wine glass and flings water at Kim before throwing the glass at her. The glass shatters, and Kyle runs out of the restaurant.

Lisa screams at Kim to never go after her husband, and Kim threatens her that “everyone will know.”

Everyone heads out of the restaurant except for Yolanda, Kim, and Brandi. Yolanda tells Kim that “this is not the way to communicate.” Kim calmly tells her that a few years ago, her children were affected by her drinking and she won’t have rumors spreading that could upset them again.

Back in the hotel, Lisa and Eileen talk about going home, but Kyle tells them not to let Kim ruin the rest of the trip.

“We can’t let her win!” Kyle says.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

Christian Post Report – Last Sunday on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” the ladies confront Kandi about how much she knew regarding Phaedra and Apollo, Todd and Kandi seek therapy, and Nene makes a move to bring the ladies together for a group counseling session with her therapist, Dr. Jeff.

Last week, Phaedra and Kenya nearly came to blows after Cynthia claimed that Phaedra cheated on her husband with a man named Chocolate. Cynthia said that she only shared the news because she wanted to defend Claudia and Kenya, who were often accused of being promiscuous.

Porsha and Phaedra have lunch, and Porsha wonders why Kandi didn’t defend Phaedra during the whole incident with Kenya at the restaurant. Porsha says that Kandi’s husband Todd is very close with Apollo, and Kandi might have trouble figuring out where her loyalties should be.

That evening, Cynthia, Kenya, and Claudia confront Kandi about how much she knew about Phaedra, Apollo, and Chocolate. Kandi says that she knew nothing about it, while Todd tells Peter that Apollo told him and Kandi about the alleged affair.

Later, Kandi admits that she’s not able to think about Phaedra’s problems because she’s also dealing with problems of her own. She and Todd often argue, so they decide to go to couple’s therapy with Dr. Blake.

Todd says the problem in their 6-month marriage started with the prenup.

“It was like she had no feelings,” Todd said. “It wasn’t like …’let’s talk this out.’ It was more so ‘if he doesn’t sign it, whatever. It’ll be an expensive party.'”

Kandi suggests that maybe Todd has been cheating, but he stayed silent. Kandi says in the confessional that the fact that he didn’t answer troubles her, but “whatever’s done in the dark will come to light.”

Tired of all the drama with the ladies, Nene invites Cynthia, Kandi, Demetria, Claudia, and Porsha to a group counseling session with her therapist Dr. Jeff. They all agree that they need to go so they can clear the air.

Claudia says that she often felt like Nene had it in for her.

“At the dinner in San Juan, it became a thing with me and you,” said Claudia to Nene. “We have no reason to have a fight.” Cynthia says that she doesn’t know why Nene seems to hate her and is always cold to her.

At her confessional, Nene says she nearly regrets suggesting the therapy session.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

Prior to next season’s premiere in September, the “Homeland” creators announced during Paleyfest recently that season 5 will be different from the rest of the other seasons, according to a report in Variety.

The first revelation is that the show’s main character, CIA Intelligence Officer Carrie Mathieson, will no longer be in the CIA. Two years has passed since she left the service and in the process, she has established a new life, is in a relationship, has friends and most importantly is trying to be a good mother to her child. This much was shared by Claire Danes in an E! Online report.

The second revelation is the setting of the new season. According to showrunner Alex Gansa, the show is set to shoot in Europe in the coming months, particularly Germany. Season four was shot in Cape Town, South Africa, in replacement for Afghanistan which was the real story setting in the season.

In relation to the new setting, Danes also teased in the E! Online report that Carrie will eventually develop a relationship with German intelligence as the season progresses which she also called “one of the more interesting relationships this season.”

Speculations were also abound about whether there will be a “Quinn-Carrie dynamic” in season 5, after the unlikely pair shared a kiss in the previous season. The creators were vague about how this will progress but were quick to add that it polarized the show’s writers because some were not in favor of the pairing.

The show’s season five was renewed by Showtime in November 2014, a month before season four broadcast its season finale. Season one to three ran from 2011 to 2013.

The series was developed based on Gideon Raff’s Israeli series called “Hatufim” or “Prisoners of War.” It is produced by Fox21.
