Anchored Scriptures: 1 John 5:19, Ephesians 6:12, Revelation 12:12, Job 38:12-13, Psalm 7:9, 1 Kings 13:1-4, Judges 6:25-27

Message:

The Bible itself is a military book. You find warfare terminologies scattered all over the scriptures. The scripture passages we are going to read will form the basis of the prayers we are going to pray here today.

There are rulers of darkness in our world. Wickedness above, wickedness on earth.

Do you understand what Job was saying in Job 38:12-13? ‘The wicked are deeply entrenched at the ends of the earth and they have to be shaken out of it’.

Spiritually, there are three strongholds in this universe:

1. The heavenlies
2. The earth
3. The sea. That is its headquarters.

In all these three strongholds, wickedness is entrenched and malicious spirit. You do not need to offend them. Immediately your agenda is to do what your purpose is in life, your battle has started.

These wickedness we are talking about, how is it processed, how is it operated? How can you dismantle the wickedness of the wicked? You may not be able to save your family. When one of you family is still consulting herbalist and some are not taking their Christian faith seriously, you can only save yourself.

Listen to this: real life incidents narrated by the G.O:

1. A woman brought two beautiful ladies from the north. Men run after them, but then they were running away from the men. At a point, 12 men were running after one of them. They were still running from men. G.O asked why? The woman who brought them told the girls to tell G.O. The two girls were crying. They said ‘there is no vagina’. They were not born like that. This is wickedness.

That is why it’s the principle of mountain of fire and miracles ministries: ‘stop them before they stop you’.

2. There was a strange case last Saturday. A woman was sitting in the sitting room, a cat walked in. She just saw that, there are two boxing gloves on her breasts. She was still in her shock that, what kind of animal is this that walked in? All of a sudden, the animal gave her a serious blow on her left breast and it changed color. This is wickedness.

3. Just two weeks ago, another one said she was sleeping and all of a sudden, something gave her a hot kiss. She tried to stop it but it didn’t. When she woke up the next morning, she woke up with asthma. This is wickedness.

How is this wickedness processed and how can you intercept?

They are carried out through the wicked trinity.

There is a trinity of the wicked that converts:

1. Gold-minds to dustbin.
2. Eagles to chicken.
3. Heroes to zero.
4. Celebrities to dunghill.
5. That has the capacity to rewire brains to failure.
6. That has wasted so many wonderful talents.
7. That is an expert at converting somebody to nobody.
8. That has buried many multiple talents.
9. That move men from grace to grass.
10. That put cancer into so many souls.
11. They turn winners to executive losers.

A trinity of wickedness and we need to understand how to intercept.

What is this trinity of wickedness?

It was an ordination of heaven that the enemy now manipulated.

‘The alter, the sacrifice, and the priest’. These are all spiritual entities designed by the heaven and now polluted by the enemy and turned upside down. The coordinating center of these evil trinity is the ‘alter’. No alter, no priest, no sacrifice, no incense.

The mystery of the wicked alters are malicious. The alter requires a ministering priest. To intercept, you need to attack the alter, the priest and the sacrifice. The most dangerous of the three is the ‘alter’. This is why you find in 1 Kings 13:1-4. Thereafter, Judges 6:25-27. There are so many living outside their villages but there are those who are related to them in the village consulting evil alters against them.

As a science student, I understood that there are living things and non living things. This alter is referred to as non living thing in the physical realm. This is a classic example of the power of the alter (1 Kings 13:1-4).

Until Gideon destroyed those alter of his fathers’ house (Judges 6:25-27), he was not moving forward. Until God uttered destruction, there was no moving forward for those that came out from that foundation.

What are the alters?

Alters are facilities by which sacrifices are brought. Alter is a place of sacrifice, a place of dedication. An alter is a place of contact with the spirit world. Alters can be negative or positive. Even the cross on which Jesus died was an alter.

The churches are alters. An alter is a place of spiritual exchanges. All sacrifices that human beings do at different junctions are evil alters. If you cut off a priest, there will be no one to minister. If you cut off the sacrifice, there will be nothing to provoke demons to actions but if you cut off the alter, there will be no place for ritual. Majority of the wickedness carried out by men against each other are done on the alter. We have to destroy the alters, we have to bring pronouncement against them. We have to strike them down.

This morning:

1. Surrender your life to Jesus.
2. Repent from every known sin. Any sin you’re committing, you’re annoying God.
3. You need to issue curses against that alter.
4. You need to set fire on that alter and their sacrifices and priests.
5. You need to withdraw your name from that alter.
6. You need to possesses your possession that belongs to you even before you were born.

Bottomline: Make it an agenda this morning to strike out every wicked trinity assigned against you. The mystery of the wicked trinity is yet to be explained to modern men. Africa has the largest alter. Practically all markets, every home and even every families have an alter.

13. Powers consulting witch doctors against me, what are you waiting for: die in the name of Jesus.
14. Alters shouting my name, catch fire in the name of Jesus.
15. Powers assigned to use me as a sacrifice, die in the name of Jesus.
16. Arrows of arrow, locate the head of my Goliath in the name of Jesus.
17. Prayer to be prayed three hot volcanic times. Dark powers operating in the day, dark powers operating at night against my life, before I leave this place: die in the name of Jesus.

READ: John 14: 1-14 New King James Version (NKJV)

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

THE MESSAGE:

An author once said that Tough times do not last, but tough people do. Every problem in life has a lifespan and expires ultimately. Are you surrounded by storms of life: hardship, persecution, disappointment, etc.? Jesus says, “Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God”. When you believe in God with tested and unshakable faith, you enter into the arena of being a victor and not a victim because faith is the victory that overcomes the world.

All you need is a heart-deep revelational knowledge of God and not mere head knowledge. With faith in Jesus, you will see God in action. Then, you can ask and receive in His name (John 14:13-14).
Your belief in God is authenticated when you practise the word of God. Hence, no need for anxiety. In the same vein, if your faith waivers not, the Lord Jesus Christ has promised to take you home to be with Him (John.14:2&3).

Therefore, take heed to yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness, deceitfulness of riches and cares of this life, and that day comes upon you as a snare (Luke 21:34).

Prayer: God, grant us peace and absolute tranquility in the storms of this life in Jesus Name

Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to use them accordingly…. — Romans 12:6 (AMP)

We all have different gifts, but we shouldn’t compare or be jealous of the gifts of others.

I remember hearing one preacher talk of how often he saw Jesus. I had never seen Jesus, so I wondered what was wrong with me.

Another person I knew prayed four hours every morning. I could not find enough to pray about to keep praying for four hours and always ended up bored and sleepy, so I wondered what was wrong with me.

I had no gift to remember large portions of Scripture like someone I knew, who memorized all the Psalms and Proverbs as well as other entire books of the Bible, so I wondered what was wrong with me.

I finally realized that nothing was wrong with me.

Whatever we cannot do, there are many other things we can. Whatever someone else can do, there are also things they cannot. Don’t let Satan deceive you any longer. Don’t compare yourself with anyone in any way, especially not spiritually.

We can see other people’s good examples and be encouraged by them, but they must never become our standard. Even if we learn how to do something from them, we still will not do it exactly the same way.

At some time or another, I think we all fall into the trap of wondering why we are not like others we know or why we don’t have the same experiences they do, but it is a trap—and a dangerous one. We are caught in a snare set by Satan when we enter into spiritual competition and comparison, and we become dissatisfied with what God is giving to us.

We should trust that God will do the best thing for each of us and let Him choose what that is. If we trust God in this way, we can lay aside our fears and insecurities about ourselves.

I am sure we would all like to see into the spiritual realm and have an abundance of supernatural experiences, but getting frustrated if we don’t only steals our peace, and certainly does not produce visions of Jesus.

Prayer Starter: Father, thank You for making me a special individual with unique gifts and talents. Help me today and every day to be the best me I can be. Help me to also love and appreciate others for their unique gifts. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned (Matthew 12:36-37).

The greatest gift given to human beings is the gift of speech. I would to God every person on the face of the earth knew that! Blessed is the man or woman who has discovered this profound reality!

Think about it: the world was made by words. All of creation is the result of words; all of God’s blessings are delivered by and through words. When God made it possible for man to use words, He gave man the greatest gift possible, because that’s what makes us like God.

God creates with words. When the earth was a chaotic mass, and darkness was upon the face of the deep, God didn’t enlist or engage the angels for a ground-breaking or earth-reconstruction project; He spoke words. He spoke creation into being in Genesis 1. Therefore, having made us in His image (to look like Him), and in His likeness (to function like Him), we create with words just like Him.

The Kingdom of God, to which we belong, is a Kingdom of words; therein, we live and reign by words. It’s about what you say. If you talk right, your life will be right. If you talk negatively, your life will be in jeopardy.

Proverbs 15:4 says, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.” Proverbs 18:21: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” The Lord Jesus further emphasizes this in Mark 11:23, saying, “You shall have what you say.”

Recall in the Book of Genesis that God was called the “Voice”; the voice of the Lord was heard walking in the garden in the cool of the day (Genesis 3:8). Voice is nothing without speech or words. When you understand this, you’ll never speak empty, inoperative words. You’ll use words correctly. You’ll only speak words of blessings, words of life, words that build and lift others; words that inspire faith, hope, and love in others.

CONFESSION
I speak wholesome, life-giving and excellent words; words that are consistent with the glorious life I have in Christ. I walk in health, strength, and vitality. I make supernatural progress, I win always, and I’m productive in all that I do. Glory to God!

Matthew 14:16, ‘But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.’

Matthew 14:15-18

The disciples were using natural reasoning and recognized that they didn’t have the ability to minister to the multitude’s need for food. Jesus did have the ability and the willingness to minister to their needs, so the multitude did not need to depart. All of their needs could be met through Jesus.

The same thing is true today. Some disciples today are sending the multitudes to the world to meet their physical needs (finances, health, counseling, etc.) and proclaiming that God only meets spiritual needs. But, ‘they need not depart.’ The Lord is willing and able to heal our bodies, prosper us financially, or counsel us from His Word in any area of our life where we might have need.

Before we can be a blessing, we have to be blessed (Gen. 12:2). One of the purposes of God’s prosperity in our lives is so that we can be a blessing to others. The Scriptures instruct us to walk in God’s love towards all men, believers and non-believers alike. Jesus told us to love our enemies (Mt. 5:44). In Galatians 6:10 Paul places a priority on helping fellow Christians. This does not diminish our responsibility to show God’s love to non-believers. Instead, Paul is simply saying ‘charity must start at home.’ It would be hypocritical to step over hurting brothers and sisters in the Lord to find unbelievers to minister to.

God didn’t just give us something that He had; He gave Himself. And what was God’s motive for giving? It wasn’t because of His need, but ours. He was motivated out of love for us (Jn. 3:16). In the same way, we should be encouraged to give unselfishly of ourselves. Pray for Divine appointments, to be used of God to touch someone’s life today.

Text: Leviticus 16:1-19 (KJV)

Key Verse: “And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother; that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat” (Leviticus 16:2).

MESSAGE:

David Livingstone, the great missionary to Africa made an attempt to compare the efforts he put into the preaching of the gospel in Africa with the sacrifice Jesus made to redeem mankind from eternal damnation and concluded that there was no ground for comparison. In his words, “People thought of the sacrifice I have made in spending so much of my life in Africa. Can that be called a sacrifice which simply paid back a small part of the great debt owned to our God, which we can never fully repay? Hence, one of the ways of paying back the debt owned to our God is rendering acceptable service to Him”.

The text today unveils the plan through which Aaron could enter the holiest of all and atone for his sin and that of the nation, which occurred only once a year. It was to be different from the way he executed his works around the tabernacle and in the holy place. He must meticulously follow the intriguing details of sacrifice according to divine directive. He dared not go contrary to God’s directive lest he died.

Compared to this Old Testament mode of worship and sacrifice to what believers enjoy today, Christ is our Passover Lamb and High Priest who has made a once-and-for-all sacrifice for our sins. Unlike the Old Testament where only the high priest entered the holiest of all once in a year, the redeemed today has direct access to God.

This is in the consciousness that our High Priest is always with God, giving succour to the needy and saving to the uttermost, the believer on whose behalf He mediates and intercedes. Despite these lofty privileges, many still take God’s grace for granted. Make up your mind to give your best in service and worship to the Lord.

A major proof of dedication is a lifestyle of addiction to prayer and the study of the Word. The ministry of prayer and the Word to a child of God is likened to the two legs of a person. Just as a person must stand on his two legs in the physical to maintain a balanced posture, it takes a stand on prayer on one leg and the Word on the other leg to have a balanced destiny.

SCRIPTURE: But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. Acts 6:4

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Dedication to God is a pathway to distinction in life; devotion is the pathway to destiny.

Dedication according to Cambridge English Dictionary is the willingness to give a lot of time and energy to something because it is important. Dedication to God means entrusting all of one’s life, time, energy and resources to God.

It has been confirmed that Dedication to God is a pathway to distinction in life; devotion is the pathway to destiny.

A major proof of dedication is a lifestyle of addiction to prayer and the study of the Word. The ministry of prayer and the Word to a child of God is likened to the two legs of a person. Now, let me give you few examples of dedicated people in the scripture and their commitment to prayer and the Word:

i) The Apostles: The apostles proved their dedication to God by giving themselves to prayer and the Word (Acts 6:4). No wonder they turned their world upside down for God (Acts 17:6) and did incredible exploits for the Kingdom of God, hence, we have ‘The Acts of the Apostles’ as a Book of the Bible. The apostles employed the tools of prayer and the Word in their journey of dedication to God.

ii. Abraham: Abraham was also a man of prayer and the Word. He got up early in the morning to commune with God (Genesis 19:27). He was also a man who knew the Word of God and so he had possession of the Ways of God (Genesis 18:17-19). He also employed the tools of prayer and the Word in His walk with God.

iii. Jesus Our Master: Our Master Jesus was a Man of prayer and the Word. In Luke 6:12, He went up to a mountain to pray to God all night, and in Luke 4:16, He read the Word, even though He was the Word of God personified.

Beloved, if Jesus, who had no need for anything could pray all night and also read the Word, then we are expected to do much more. I commend you to a lifestyle of consistent prayer and the study of the Word of God.

REMEMBER THIS: Dedication to God is a pathway to distinction in life; devotion is the pathway to destiny.
