‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 11 Spoilers: Episode 20 Recap ‘One Flight Down’

Christian Post Report – This week on “Grey’s Anatomy,” a plane crash rocks Grey-Sloane Memorial to its core, and Meredith struggles through the day as she waits to hear from Derek, who appears to be missing.

In “One Flight Down,” Meredith is worried about Derek since he never made it to his big meeting at the White House and no one has seen him since he left the house to go to the airport. Later, a small plane crashes, and this brings about bad memories for Meredith and Arizona, who were in a plane crash before — the plane crash which killed Dr. Mark Sloane and Meredith’s sister, Lexie.

Meredith tries to help the victims of the plane crash, but soon she realizes that she can’t do it as it now appears that she’s suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. She looks for Arizona and finds her sitting on the floor of the supply room. Meredith joins her, and they assure each other that they’re OK.

In another part of the hospital, Alex tells Callie that they ought to watch Meredith and Arizona carefully and that maybe they shouldn’t be treating the plane crash victims. Callie agrees to that, but says that she’ll look after Meredith since she can’t be “that person” for her ex-wife anymore.

At the end of the day, Alex told Arizona that when their plane crashed, he was the one who amputated her leg because he was running out of time to save her. It was Callie’s decision, but he was the one who made the cut.

Arizona immediately runs to Callie and demanded to know why she never told her about it. “Why didn’t you tell me about Alex and my leg? All this time, you let me hold it against you. Why?”

Callie tells her, “I made the call. No matter what, it was still me making the call to take your leg and I knew you were going to hate me. I didn’t want you to hate Alex too. I wanted you to have somebody.”

Meanwhile, Meredith is inundated with flashbacks from the plane crash while also remembering what Derek told her before he left for D.C.

Derek told her that he’s back for good and promised that he’d never leave again. He also told her that he wants more kids.

“It’s always been you. But I want more of this, of us. I want to have more. Let’s have more,” he said.

Everyone in the hospital is trying to help Meredith, and Bailey comes up with the perfect solution. She tells Meredith that she has until 5pm to hear from Derek. If it gets to 5 p.m. and she doesn’t hear from him, then she can start to panic. Meredith thinks that it’s a good idea and focuses on the task at hand.

Back at her home, Meredith sits on the couch and checks the time. At 5pm, she gets up to call the authorities about her missing husband when a car pulls up on her driveway, and the blue and red lights of a police car reflect in the window that Meredith is looking through.

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on ABC.

The new installment to the franchise is currently in development at FreeStyleGames, the same company that created “DJ Hero” and “DJ Hero 2.”

Two new game modes will be available, the namesake mode and Guitar Hero Live, where fans of the game will encounter a major change in perspective. The GH Live first person perspective situates the player onstage and looking out at the crowd in the setting of either a tiny club or a large outdoor festival. The live-action audience will react according to how well the player performs in real time.

The upcoming game will also include a new GHTV multiplayer mode, which gives players the capability to challenge their friends, or random players around the world, playing along to a constantly updated collection of music videos from multiple channels and a variety of themed shows. They may also opt to play songs on-demand.

Activision is also rolling out a new controller, which has been revealed to sport two rows of three buttons each. While the full song list hasn’t been announced yet, artists confirmed to be in the tracklist include The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, Green Day, The Black Keys, The Lumineers, Fall Out Boy, The Killers, Blitz Kids, Gary Clark, Jr., My Chemical Romance, The War on Drugs, Pierce the Veil and Skrillex.

The FreeStyleGames’ first person music rhythm video game will retail at $99.99, with select retailers having started accepting pre-orders for the console version of the game.

“Guitar Hero Live” will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Wii U, as well as select mobile devices that support the game’s specs requirements.

Bahrain Grand Prix 2015 Live Stream Free: Watch Formula 1 Racing Online (Start Time, Preview)

Christian Post Report – The Bahrain Grand Prix 2015 takes place on Sunday as the Formula 1 season continues after a dramatic opening few weeks, which have been surprisingly and excitingly closer than most analysts and fans would have predicted at the start of the season. The F1 Grand Prix from Bahrain will start at 11 a.m. ET (4 p.m. BST, 6 p.m. local time), and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

Mercedes Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton of Britain drives during the first practice session of the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi November 21, 2014.

Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes car have managed to take a fourth straight pole position this year, as the British driver held off a challenge from Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel during qualifying.

Mercedes will not have a monopoly on the front row of the grid, after Vettel’s excellent work means he takes second spot ahead of Hamilton’s teammate, Nico Rosberg.

Vettel was so close to taking pole too, however, Hamilton saved the best for last, and on his very final lap in qualifying he smashed Vettel’s time by 0.411 seconds.

Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen managed to take fourth spot on the grid to ensure that the battle at the front of the race will be between Mercedes and Ferrari.

There is not much between the Ferrari and Mercedes cars on the Bahrain track when it comes to speed, and that means it could come down to the finer tactical points of the race, such as pit stops and how well each driver uses their tires.

Ahead of the race, Lewis Hamilton has said, “I feel great. I’m really grateful to have this beast underneath me to attack these corners.”

Meanwhile, Rosberg has explained why he feels he was unable to take a place on the front row of the grid: “I was thinking too much about the race and I under-estimated Sebastian’s speed. I took it easy in Q2 to save the race tires, so I lacked the rhythm for Q3. That’s where I went wrong today. Being third is not ideal.”

Today’s Bahrain Grand Prix 2015 has a scheduled start time of 11 a.m. ET (4 p.m. BST, 6 p.m. local time) and can be watched online through free live stream by clicking here.

Christian Post Report – Tottenham Hotspur celebrate a goal.

Newcastle United host Tottenham Hotspur at St. James’ Park in the English Premier League on Sunday.

The match is on April 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).

Newcastle have struggled so far this season and find themselves 13th in the league table. They are only nine points from safety and need to pick up a few more points if they want to avoid battling the relegation zone.

Unfortunately, their recent form has not displayed their capabilities. They have lost their last five matches and have not found their scoring touch at all.

In those losses, Newcastle have only scored one goal; in a 2-1 loss to Arsenal at home. They failed to find the back of the net against Manchester United, Everton, Sunderland and Liverpool.

They are also missing a number of players either to injury or suspension as Papisse Cisse will miss the clash against Tottenham due to a recent red card, while Cheikh Tiote, Massadio Haidara and other players are also out as they nurse injuries.

On the other side, Tottenham are seventh and are also slowly losing out of the race for European spots. They are seven points behind Manchester City for the last place in the Champions League, while they are three points behind Liverpool for the Europa League spot.

Spurs have only won once in their last four matches and recently lost to Aston Villa, the last team that Newcastle beat.

Their last win came at home, in a thrilling 4-3 victory over Leicester City as they rebounded from a heavy 3-0 loss to United the week before.

Regarding their head-to-head battle, Tottenham thrashed Newcastle in their first meeting of the season.

At White Hart Lane, four different players scored for Tottenham as they dominated from start to finish, while Newcastle could not keep up with the pace set by players like Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane.

The game can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through free live stream (details below).

Rondo USA TODAY Sports

Rajon Rondo of the Dallas Mavericks

The Rockets will be excited and optimistic after securing their first division title since 1994. But the second seeds in the Western Conference will have to start things well in Game 1 against Dallas on Saturday, as the Mavericks would like nothing better than to take down their local rivals in Round 1 of the Playoffs.

MVP player James Harden has been a central player in the Rockets’ success so far this season, and now doubt he will need to play a big part in their postseason efforts if they are to fulfill their potential.

Harden has made it clear that he is not satisfied with what the Rockets have accomplished so far this season, and he wants more. He has of course experienced being knocked out of the Playoffs in the First Round in each of his first two seasons with the Rockets.

Harden has said ahead of the game: “I feel like we’ve got a great opportunity. We’ve got the right guys in this locker room to get it done and go further than that.”

These two teams have not met in the Playoffs since their First Round encounter in the 2005 season.

The Mavericks have good experience in their side, having five players in their roster who have more than 10 years of experience in the NBA. That could give them the edge if things get tight in what is sure to be a tough encounter.

Today’s game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Rockets will start at 9.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through free live stream by clicking here.

New York Rangers vs Pittsburgh Penguins Live Stream Free: Watch NHL Playoffs 2015 Hockey Online (TV Start Time)

Crosby Ray Stubblebine/Reuters

Christian Post Report – Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins go against the New York Rangers defense.

The New York Rangers try to go 2-0 up on the Pittsburgh Penguins as they meet at Madison Square Garden in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference in the NHL playoffs on Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on TV on the NBC network, or online through live stream (details below).

In the first game, New York took the first game after a 2-1 win thanks to early goals.

Derick Brassard scored in one of the fastest goals in NHL playoff history after only converting in 28 seconds of the first period.

It set-up the momentum of the game as New York continued to press on with the early lead.

They were able to find the second goal while in a power play as Ryan McDonagh scored on a slap shot assisted by Keith Yandle and Mats Zuccarello.

Pittsburgh had to wait for the 27th minute before scoring their opener as Blake Comeau beat the Rangers’ defense to cut the lead down to one goal.

Unfortunately, they could not add to their goal tally as they were blanked in the final period for New York to come away with the win.

New York dominated most of the match, eventually finishing the game with 38 total shots on goal, while Pittsburgh only had 25.

Henrik Lundqvist was also impressive, as he stopped 24 attempts from the Penguins as they proved that they were still a force in the conference.

Marc-Andre Fleury started off shaky in the first period but eventually got his bearings back to finish off the game strong. His 36 saves were good enough for a 95% save rate and hopefully he can bring it over to the second game as they try to get one in New York.

Another win for the Rangers will give them a big advantage as the third game is at Pittsburgh, meanwhile, if the Penguins get to steal a game in New York, then home advantage goes their way as the next two games will be played in front of their home crowd.

Michael Schumacher Health Condition Latest News: Vettel Pays Tribute to Racer, Younger Schumacher Returns to the Track

Christian Post Report – Sebastian Vettel, who is now competing for Ferrari, won his first trophy on Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia Grand Prix for the current Formula One season. Right after receiving his accolades, the 27-year-old German driver pays tribute to the racetrack legend, Michael Schumacher.

“It’s been my dream, Michael was my hero. All the kids at the go-kart track looked up to him,” Vettel said. “When he turned up to shake hands every year it made our lives. I don’t understand yet how special it is.”

The racer meanwhile took the chance to express his gratitude to the people of Scuderia Ferrari for their warm welcome and the eager support they have given him.

In terms of legacy, Schumacher’s son, Mick, is also reported to be running his way for glory just like his father in Formula 1.

A report from the Daily Mail said that the 16-year-old has returned to the racing circuit just weeks after the 100mph crash in the Lausitzring speedway in Brandenburg, eastern Germany.

As said by the report, he was travelling at speeds of up to 100mph when he “skidded out of control.” Fortunately, the crash was nothing serious. He walked away from the track unharmed.

“Of course we know that his father is a seven-time world champion,” coach Frits van Amersfoort said. “But I want to emphasize that Mick will take the time to learn the trade of the racing driver.”

As for Schumacher’s current condition, it has been reported that the recovery rate of the seven-time F1 Racing champion has been very slow.

Philippe Streiff, a former Formula 1 driver like Schumacher told a French media outlet earlier this year that Schumi “has yet to recover the power of speech” but he’s “nevertheless starting to recognise those close to him.”
