Christian Post Report – With the success of the “The Avengers” and the film being the third highest grossing movie of all time, director Joss Whedon faces a conundrum on how to match the cinematic success of the 2012 film.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit theaters on May 1, 2015

According to a “trusted and proven source” of JoBlo, the film will have Tony Stark leading the team.

At the end of “Iron Man 3,” Stark destroyed all of his beloved Iron Man suits and removes the arc reactor from his chest, which could all imply that the billionaire playboy would want to continue living not as a superhero, but as a private citizen bringing Stark Industries into the realm of private global security.

The collapse of S.H.I.EL.D. at the end of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” will allow Stark to call the shots, with the Stark Tower becoming the main hub for global security and the new headquarters of the team.

The plot somehow leads to the speculation that this move has something to do with the impending civil war in “Captain America 3.”

In an interview with Empire about “Captain America 3,” Robert Downey Jr., who reprises his role as Tony Stark reveals that, “The clues are in ‘Ultron’ about where we might find (Tony) next.”

The cast of Avengers includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, James Spader (as Ultron’s voice), Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, and Don Cheadle, among others.

Directed by Joss Whedon, Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit theaters on May 1, 2015.

Jason Crabb is welcoming “The Voice” winner Craig Wayne Boyd onto the Trinity Broadcasting Network’s “Praise the Lord” on Wednesday.

During the show, the two Christian singers will join forces during a performance of the classis hymn, “The Old Rugged Cross,” as well as Crabb’s hit song, “Through the Fire.” Other performers on Wednesday’s episode will include Kenzie Walker, Jimmy Sites, the Fairfield Four, and the McCrary Sisters.

Boyd, who won season seven of “The Voice” last year, was strongly influenced by both gospel and country music as a child. The 34-year-old accumulated thousands of fans on NBC’s reality singing competition as a part of Blake Shelton’s team. Boyd’s rendition of “The Old Rugged” cross on “Praise the Lord” will not be his first time singing the hymn; the singer performed the same song during “The Voice” semi-finals.

For his part, Crabb is a Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter who also recently appeared in the film “Welcome to Inspiration.” The singer’s rendition of “Through the Fire” with Boyd will have special significance on Wednesday since Crabb’s father, Gerald, penned the song. Formerly the lead vocalist for the group The Crabb Family, the gospel music star has pointed to faith-based music, movies and television series such as “Praise the Lord” as being influential when seeking a relationship with God.

“Of course you need to read the Bible and pray for His wisdom,” Crabb told The Christian Post. “Reading His Word, studying it, praying for God to reveal His will for your life is essential to a godly life that is pleasing to Him. Also, listen to uplifting music, reading and watching uplifting media that points to Jesus is a good way to stay focused on Him and not the things of this world.”

Christian Post Report – Six months after the release of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, avid Apple users are already asking when the iPhone 7 will hit the market. Will Apple release an even better smartphone this year? With the success of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, will Apple release an iPhone 7 instead of an iPhone 6s?

It is not surprising to hear rumors about the upcoming release of a new smartphone. According to the Macworld website, they predict that Apple will launch iPhone 7, along with two other smartphone versions this September, as is the company’s tradition.

The smartphone will again have two versions – a 4.7-inch iPhone 7 and a 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus, the report predicted. These variations in sizes were popular among users as some will still prefer to have a smaller unit.

According to Economic Daily News, iPhone 7 could have a 3D Display. This is in relation to the reports that TPK, Apple supply chain partner, currently has a “naked eye 3D screen” project. This means that iPhone 7 can have a 3D screen that can be viewed by the naked eye. Rumors are circulating that iPhone 7 will have the best iPhone camera so far. Fireball’s John Gruber claimed in his podcast that iPhone 7 will have dual cameras that can capture “DSLR-like” images.

The podcast also says that iPhone 7 cameras will also fare better in low-lighting conditions. With its processor supplied by Samsung, Apple’s A9 processor will use a 14-nanometer chips that are smaller, but more efficient and powerful. It seems that iPhone 7 will take the cake with its rumored improved RAM. AppleInsider claims that Apple is increasing the RAM from 1GB to 2GB.

Battery life will have minimal improvements, as longer battery life will mean a bigger and bulkier iPhone. John Ive addressed this issue previously.

“Talking of performance, when the issue of the frequent need to recharge the iPhone is raised, [Ive] answers that it’s because it’s so light and thin that we use it so much and therefore deplete the battery. With a bigger battery it would be heavier, more cumbersome, less “compelling,'” the Financial Times wrote.

Christian Post Report – Without any official news or announcements from game developer Bungie, only rumors have been circulating about when the next game in the “Destiny” series will be coming out. The most persistent rumor according to most reports is that the game will be released in spring 2016.

Updates about the new game has been scarce since Bungie announced in November 2014 that they are developing a new “Destiny” game, which most fans believed to be “Destiny 2” and not merely a downloadable content (DLC) pack.

The first game in the series, “Destiny,” has already released one DLC pack and is set to release another one in a few months.

There is another report however that claims that the new game may come much earlier. According to Venture Capital Post, the game’s publisher Activision had mentioned in a blog post that gamers should expect another Destiny-related release in fall 2015, which fans hope will be “Destiny 2.”

According to Christian Today, if this second rumor is true, it may not be bad for Bungie and Activision as they will time the release one year after the release of the first game in the series. This cycle has so far worked with their other franchise “Halo.”

“Destiny” is a game franchise established by Bungie after its first successful franchise “Halo.” It is a first-person shooter game set in what is called “a mythic science fiction setting.” It also features “a massively- multiplayer shared world environment with elements of role-playing games.” Bungie actually refers to it as “a shared world shooter game.”

The first game in the series has already received its first DLC pack “The Dark Below” and is expecting its second DLC in May 2015. In 2014, it was the third best-selling retail game in the US. As of January 2015, the game had 16 million registered users.

The game is available for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 and 4.

Christian Post Report – Another Square Enix action role-playing game may experience a delay in its release date. This time, it may be the long-awaited “Kingdom Hearts 3,” the development of which was announced as early as 2013 with an estimated release date some time in 2015.

Since no official announcement has been made by the game developer and publisher Square Enix, rumors have been going around about the fate of the game’s release. One report in Venture Capital Post mentions a rumor that it will skip 2015 and will be released in February 2016.

The report also cites one possible reason why the game may be delayed. This may be largely due to the fact that Square Enix is currently focusing it development efforts in another long-awaited game “Final Fantasy 15” which they promised would be released in 2015. The report estimates that fans will hear some news about “Kingdom Hearts 3” by the third quarter of 2015.

In terms of technicalities, the report also mentions that the game’s shift from one type of game engine (Luminous) to a new game engine (Unreal Engine 4) is another possible reason for the delay.

“We’re using Unreal Engine 4 right now, and that really has changed the way we make the game,” game designer Tai Yasue said.

“Kingdom Hearts 3” is the eighth installment in the “Kingdom Hearts” series. It is also the first game in the series to be made for next generation consoles namely the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. It will also be made available for the PC.

This installment will follow the main protagonist, Sora, who will be assisted by Riku, Donald Duck, Goofy, King Mickey and other familiar Square Enix and Disney characters. The story will continue from “Dream Drop Distance” where Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy need to search for seven guardians of light and the “Key to Return Hearts.” King Mickey and Riku on the other hand are tasked to search for the previous Keyblade wielders in order to stop the main antagonist, Master Xenahort, from balancing the light and darkness.

Christian Post Report – Less than one week after giving birth to baby Israel David, Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard are back at their home and the “19 Kids and Counting” couple took to Instagram on Saturday night to inform their fans how they’re doing now that they are parents.

“As Jill and I are settling in back at home after the birth of our firstborn, we wanted to thank everyone for the amazing support we’ve received from so many during this time. Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to us. We love you all! #Blessed #Grateful,” the caption read.

The couple greeted baby Israel on Monday, April 6 in a hospital. Less than 24 hours later, the family debuted pictures of their son online.

“He’s a beautiful baby boy!” Jill wrote on Instagram. “So thankful to God for this handsome guy!”

Grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar also took to social media to share their excitement over their new grandson.

“What a blessed time this is as we welcomed our new grandbaby little Israel into the world,” Michelle posted on Facebook. “We are just so thankful for our friends and those out there who have been praying for our family.”

Meanwhile, Jill revealed to People Magazine that Derick is a natural at being a father.

“He’s doing amazing at being a dad,” Jill said of her husband. The 23-year-old also shared that Derick is already a “pro” at burping baby Israel and that he gave him his first bath.

“I have a real steep learning curve,” Derick told People, “but I think I’m catching on fast!”

Christian Post Report – Even if the Marvel TV series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” has yet to receive a firm renewal order for another season, rumors are circulating that a spinoff series is in the works. The show’s executive producer Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zybyszewski are “quietly working on the spinoff,” according to reports.

Another report in E! Online says that this move supposedly has the support of Marvel and ABC, although Marvel has yet to confirm if the news is true.

Entertainment Weekly, who first reported the news, could not specify yet which characters from the current series will be moving to the new series, or if new characters will be developed. They claim that the rest of the episodes in the current S.H.I.E.L.D. season will “lay the groundwork” for the new series. It also said that the new series will not be introduced via “a planted episode” which is a usual strategy employed. By the end of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2, the spinoff plot is expected to be clearer.

As to when the spinoff will likely be ready for a TV premiere, the report predicted a fall premiere or maybe even a midseason premiere. But this may also be dependent on the network’s decision on other pilots that are being lined up in the coming TV season.

The possible third series will be added to Marvel’s growing TV universe. Aside from “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D,” it also has the “Agent Carter” series that stars Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, a character from “Captain America.”

“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” is said to average 7.4 million viewers and has a 2.8 rating for adults between ages 18-49. “Agent Carter” is also waiting for a renewal order but according to the EW report, it has a 60 percent chance of renewal.

The E! Online report also cited that Marvel is also working with Netflix on other superhero series, starting with “Daredevil” to be followed by solo shows about three other superheroes and a team-up series.

The New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins begin their playoff battle at Madison Square Garden in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference matchup. The game will be played on April 16, 2015 at 7 p.m. ET.

New York finished the regular season with the best record in the league with 113 points with 53 wins out of 82 games. With the season winding down, they won six of their last seven to help them get enough momentum heading into the post season. And with them finishing the top of the Metropolitan Division, they’re set to face fourth-seeded rivals the Penguins.

Pittsburgh secured their playoff spot by beating out the Boston Bruins, who finished only two points behind them. They were handed the Rangers since they were the second Wild Card team behind the Ottawa Senators.

After failing to win in five straight matches, the Penguins pulled off a big 2-0 win over the Buffalo Sabres in the last game of the season to put them two points over the Bruins.

However, it will be an uphill battle as the Rangers won their regular season series this year.

The two teams met four times, with the Rangers setting the pace in the first meeting with a 5-0 win.

In that game, New York dominated early with three goals in the first period from Mats Zuccarello, Martin St. Louis and Kevin Klein. Derick Brassard and Rick Nash scored in the final two periods to complete the route.

In the next game, the Penguins had to scrap for two points in a penalty shootout win. The match ended 3-2 with Brandon Sutter providing the winning penalty shot to get the extra point.

It was another close game when they met at the Garden for the second time as New York won in overtime. After surrendering a two-goal lead, the Rangers made sure they took home two points via Klein’s slap shot in OT.

To complete the series win, the Rangers beat the Penguins in Pittsburgh 5-2 behind big games from Nash and Derek Stepan.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 is barely a year old, yet rumors have started coming out that a new Galaxy Note will be launched before the end of the year. According to a report in Trusted Reviews, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is set to be unveiled within the third quarter of 2015. It also notes that this year’s big thing may be the smartphone’s screen, which is rumored to feature a 3840 by 2160 pixel Ultra HD, 4K display, the very first smartphone to have such a display.

Although Samsung has yet to confirm any of these rumors about the release date of this new smartphone, the report cites that the Korean firm is “a creature of habit” and one that is ruled by its yearly product cycles. While the Mobile World Congress in March is usually for S series unveilings, the third quarter, with the IFA Conference in Berlin in September is said to be “firmly Note territory.” Samsung has always unveiled its Note series during this specific event. The report also predicts that the unveiling will happen during the first week of September, in one of Samsung’s media events prior to the conference.

In terms of the specifications of the Note 5, insiders are saying that it will sport a 3840 by 2160 pixel Ultra HD, 4K display on a 5.9inch screen. This rumor is somewhat substantiated with Samsung’s earlier pronouncement that they will bring the first 4K Ultra HD phone in 2015.

The Note 5 is rumored to have a more powerful processor this time: a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 815 processor or even higher. It may however also opt to have Samsung’s own Exynos processor. The handset will operate on 4GB of RAM with bigger options for internal storage, up to 128G.

There are no rumors so far on what cameras the phone will feature.

Price-wise, the new phone may carry a heavy tag price given its specifications. The report predicts a £650 price tag on release, which is not far from the £629 price tag of its predecessor, the Note 4.

Christian Post Report – Last Friday on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Ridge can’t understand why Brooke is back at Forrester Creations and he says that she’s only there because she doesn’t like to be alone. Brooke retorts that she can get him back if she wants to, and Ridge laughs at her. Brooke tells him that the only reason why he’s with Caroline is because he wants to get back at Rick.

Maya tells Nicole to keep her secret, on The Bold and the Beautiful

In the studio, Nicole is dancing up a storm for Oliver’s shoot. He turns off the music and tells her that there’s a whole lot of difference between dancing and modeling. Carter comes in and talks to Nicole. He accuses her of pressuring Maya to let her continue living in the mansion and give her priority over other seasoned models who actually know what they’re doing. He feels that Maya is scared of her.

Nicole asks Carter if he thinks that Rick will understand the truth about Maya when it comes out. Carter says that it’s highly doubtful. Nicole confesses that the reason why she’s doing this is because she feels that Maya doesn’t care about her.

In Rick’s office, he and Maya are discussing Ridge’s design. Maya says that she wants to do something for Brooke, who has been so nice to her. They kiss, and Maya’s bag falls. Rick picks it up and sees a bottle of estrogen pills. He asks her why she needs to take them.
