“God the Father:” Hits It Big

This past weekend, “God The Father,” the true life drama of Columbo crime family Capo Michael Franzese, was in the top 10 per screen average for all films in release.

The film, which opened in limited release, earned a total weekend box-office of $52,587 with a per screen average was $3,606, landing it in the Top Ten at number nine for all films in release over the weekend. Narrated by Franzese himself, “God The Father” gives a personal account of crime to Christianhood, incorporating archival footage, interviews, re-enactments, and animation.
