The Church Will Come Out of Hiding When Billy Graham Dies
The church is hiding away like Elijah in the caves, a group of prophets say. But not for much longer.
“We are coming into perhaps the most significant day in church history,” Mark Chirona tells Benny Hinn. That’s the day when the church breaks away from her hiding place and explodes around the world.
The sign, Hinn says, will be Billy Graham’s death.

Which of the 10 Commandments Do Christians Break the Most?
Pastor J.D. Greear has named the commandment that Christians of every generation break the most.
“People sometimes think the second commandment (don’t make carved images) is just a restatement of the first commandment (don’t have other gods before God). There is some overlap, but there is also a shade of difference,” Greear, who heads Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, wrote on his website Monday.
“While the first commandment focuses on worshiping the wrong gods, the second commandment is actually about worshiping the right God in the wrong way,” he added.
“We break this command and ‘make carved images’ not just by having golden statues but whenever we define God as we want him to be rather than as He is.”
The pastor warned that “there is probably no command we more consistently and routinely break than this one,” noting that people like to interpret God in their own way.
He wrote, however, that God “is who He is” regardless of the ideas people have.

Presidents Pay Tribute to Rev. Billy Graham
President Donald Trump and former presidents are praising Billy Graham’s life work after the evangelist died Wednesday.
Graham was 99.
“The GREAT Billy Graham is dead,” President Trump tweeted. “There was nobody like him! He will be missed by Christians and all religions. A very special man.”
Graham was a counselor for many U.S. presidents. He also spread the Gospel message on his worldwide crusades.
“Billy Graham’s ministry for the gospel of Jesus Christ and his matchless voice changed the lives of millions,” Vice President Mike Pence tweeted. “We mourn his passing but I know with absolute certainty that today he heard those words, ‘well done good and faithful servant.’ Thank you Billy Graham. God bless you.”
Former President George H.W. Bush called Graham “America’s pastor” and said he was glad to have known the evangelist.
“His faith in Christ and his totally honest evangelical spirit inspired people across the country and around the world,” Bush said. “I think Billy touched the hearts of not only Christians, but people of all faiths, because he was such a good man. I was privileged to have him as a personal friend.”
Graham was counselor to presidents from Gen. Dwight Eisenhower’s term to George W. Bush.

Rev Billy Graham dies at age 99
The Rev Billy Graham, who transformed American religious life through his preaching and activism, has died at the age of 99.
Mr Graham, who had been suffering from cancer, pneumonia and a number of other illnesses, was a counsellor to American presidents and travelled the globe to become perhaps the most widely heard Christian evangelist in history – with a number of successful appearances in the UK.
Spokesman Mark DeMoss said Mr Graham died at his home in North Carolina on Wednesday morning.
US president Donald Trump tweeted: “The GREAT Billy Graham is dead. There was nobody like him! He will be missed by Christians and all religions. A very special man.”
He reached more than 200 million people through his appearances and millions more through his pioneering use of television and radio.
Unlike many traditional evangelists, he abandoned narrow fundamentalism to engage broader society.
More than anyone else, Mr Graham built evangelicalism into a force that rivalled liberal Protestantism and Roman Catholicism in the US.
His leadership summits and crusades in more than 185 countries and territories forged powerful global links among conservative Christians, and threw a lifeline to believers in the communist-controlled Eastern bloc.
Dubbed “America’s pastor”, he was a confidant to US presidents from Dwight Eisenhower to George W Bush.

One of the most prominent figures in modern Christianity, the Rev. Billy Graham, was often referred to as the “pastor to the presidents.”
“I will be a friend to men of both parties, but I would never say that I was, even indicated that I was, for one or the other,” Graham once said. “I am for God. I don’t think there’s any hope for the world except in God.”

Evangelist Nick Vujicic Talks Saddest Moments in Life, Battling Deep Depression
Nick Vujicic, an evangelist who has inspired millions and preached the Gospel to presidents, admits that he has not only faced depression, but also a “deep dark valley” when it comes to faith, which only the Word of God helped him overcome.
Vujicic spoke with Tim Clinton, president of the American Association of Christian Counselors, in an episode on Dr. James Dobson’s “Family Talk” podcast on Monday, where he opened up about what Clinton called the “merciless bullying” and “deep depression” he faced as a child.
The evangelist said he’s “definitely not the biggest victim of bullying in the world,” but still needs the “beautiful Christian home” that his parents in Australia provided to act as a refuge from what he was experiencing at school.
He said these days, “the saddest moments of my life are seeing people who don’t see their value, who don’t see their potential, who believe the lies that they are ugly, or that they are a failure, or that they’ll never become someone that they are happy with.”
