Christian Post Report – Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are known to have an on-off relationship, but it appears as though things may have finally ended for the two as Tran has broken up with the singer on social media, and this time, the couple may not be getting back together anytime soon.

According to TMZ, Chris Brown is the father of a 9-month-old baby girl. The report states that the child’s mother is a former model named Nia, whom the 25-year old “Ayo” singer has known for several years.

Several media outlets have reached out to Brown’s rep, who opted not to comment on the reports, and the recording artist has yet to make a statement about the paternity claims.

However, Tran took to Twitter on Wednesday, March 4, and her post appears to confirm that Brown is indeed a father.

“Listen, one can only take so much,” she wrote. “The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me.”

The tweet instantly made waves on social media, and Karrueche was even trending worldwide on Twitter on Wednesday.

A source tells E! News that Tran sent the tweet because she knows for a fact that the allegations are true.

On Feb. 27, Tran posted a tweet which has since been deleted which read, “Ya’ll know a Nia?”

Another source tells E! News that Tran was caught off guard and shocked by the report, adding that it was the last thing she thought she’d ever hear. The source said that Brown has tried to reach out to Tran “all day, every day” but the model doesn’t want to hear anything from him right now and has refused to answer his calls.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Brown has allegedly offered to take an active role in raising the child, reportedly named Royalty, who lives in Texas with her mother.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the newest high-end Android device packs a Sony-made 16MP IMX240 camera sensor.

For the past couple of years, Samsung has been switching back and forth in using its own camera tech and that of Sony’s.

Last year’s Galaxy S5 featured Samsung’s own camera sensors, while the Galaxy Note 4 released later in 2014 got Sony’s sensor.

A year before that, the Galaxy S4 had the Sony sensors. So last year’s model was probably an experiment by Samsung to find out if they can match or even exceed the quality of Sony cameras.

For the latest addition to the Samsung Galaxy G family, the Korean manufacturer may have chosen Sony because it can assure the best quality cameras in the business.

However, Samsung still made a few tweaks in the camera, including the widening of the aperture from f/2.2 to f/1.9. In the report, this will help the device take shots and shoot clips, even in low-light conditions. The optical image stabilization will even work better with this technology.

Interestingly, Samsung included its own 5MP sensor in front of the Galaxy S6. In the report, the camera is probably the same sensor the Korean tech giant used for its Galaxy A series.

Christian Post Report – The NFL operates a franchise in a state were marijuana use is now legal. The league through it’s anti drug policy does not allow its players to use this ever becoming more legal drug. They test players for street drugs once a year. As Marijuana use becomes more socially acceptable, some believe the league will eventually have to back off this stance at least when it comes to marijuana. Some believe that the league is already complicit in its player’s use of drug.

Speaking to Cannabis Business Executives Breakfast, former NFL player Nate Jackson made some interesting comments that sort of expose the hypocrisy that comes with the NFL’s anti drug stance when it comes to marijuana. The key thing to remember here is Jackson played football in a state where marijuana use is legal.

He stated, as reported by Pro Football Talk, “They’re aware that probably over half of their players smoke weed. They’ve been doing it since they were teenagers. The fact that they’ve been doing it that whole time and still made it to the NFL and are able to satisfy the demands of very, very strict employers on a daily basis means that their marijuana use is in check. Marijuana is not a problem in their lives.”

PFT Writer Darin Gant wrote, “An organization as image-conscious as the NFL isn’t going to start marketing Broncos-logo bongs or Seahawks-brand rolling papers anytime soon (although the revenue possibilities might be the thing that changes their minds). And a league spokesman noted it consulted with its medical experts, who didn’t suggest allowing marijuana as a pain-management option. But the reality is a large portion of the league is already smoking, and it apparently isn’t hurting the popularity of the game, or the athletic abilities of those using.”

Not to mention is some of the places the NFL conducts its business marijuana is perfectly legal.

Christian Post Report – “CSI: Cyber,” the newest member of the “CSI” crime procedural franchise premiered with solid numbers last Wednesday, March 5 on CBS. It had 10.3 million viewers watching, with the other shows in other networks trailing at 5.28 million viewers only. Some television critics are speculating that this may be the case because it is the first episode and viewers are eager to see how the show will perform.

The new series, which is a spin-off from the original crime procedural show “CSI: Las Vegas,” is about an FBI Cyber Crime team that deals with illegal activities that happen online and “play out in the real world” of crime. It stars Oscar awardee Patricia Arquette as Special Agent Avery Ryan, a Ph.D. cyber-psychologist and head of FBI’s Cyber Crime Division. Her team includes Senior Special Agent Elijah Mundo, played by James Van Der Beek of the Dawson’s Creek fame.

The series’ first episode entitled “Kidnapping 2.0” was about a series of baby kidnappings that were perpetrated through the use of baby video monitors which the criminals hacked in order to gain access. Some TV reviewers were quick to comment on how much the show can cover in terms of topics related to cyber-crime.

“Once the show covers all the big topics, it will probably have to repeat various basic premises with different combinations of compromised devices,” one reviewer wrote for Slate. The review also cited how problematic it is to show cyber-crime monitoring as something action-packed and not boring, which means the show has to put in the usual “chase scenes, sniper attacks, underwater rescues, and suspect interrogations” to “keep things moving.”

Despite these limitations, critics were also saying that the show may still be a hit, as much as the other CSI shows that came before it.

Cast members who were interviewed prior to the premiere noted that the series debuts at a time when cyber-crime is prevalent and is affecting people in real life. In a report in Fox News, Arquette said that viewers are “going to pick up some tips [from ‘CSI: Cyber’] along the way about how to be a little more careful.”

“CSI: Cyber” airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m. on CBS.

Christian Post Report – Things are getting more intense as the fifth season of the hit police procedural drama TV series “Hawaii Five-0” continues with this week’s explosive episode titled “Pono Kaulike” or “Justice for All.”

A spoiler report from Enstarz.com pointed out the series’ recently released promo photos for tonight’s segment and it reveals that fans will see blood getting shed.

The media outlet then indicated that Danny (Scott Caan) and Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) will suffer consequences for the role they played in the death of Marco Reyes.

Citing executive producer Peter Lenkov, the site went on to say that viewers will really have to brace themselves as the two of the Hawaii’s finest head to jail with Danny landing in a dangerous Mexican prison.

“Friday. It’s gonna get real. Blood will be shed,” Lenkov went to his social media. “NOT 1 tearjerker – 3 in a row. LAUGHS & ACTION too.”

But fans need not to worry about the two as the synopsis posted on The Futon Critic suggested that McGarret (Alex O’Loughlin) will enlist Joe’s (Terry O’Quinn) help for the crisis involving the imprisonment of Danny and Chin.

Meanwhile, casting report from Variety said that three actors are heading towards the show on its upcoming episode.

Just like “The Hangover” movie, Pauly Shore, Jaleel White and Kevin Farley will appear “as a group of married men who can’t piece together their wild night out, the morning after.”

As further detailed by the media outlet, one young woman is found murdered in their hotel suite. Seeking the help of Five-0, the trio will try their best to retrace the previous night’s events and eventually find the killer.

For the meantime, “Hawaii Five-0” Season 5 airs this Friday, Mar. 6 at 9 p.m. with episode “Pono Kaulike” on CBS.

Christian Post Report – In the midst of the excitement emanated from the ongoing 2015 Mobile World Congress event, Apple once again took the spotlight when it was found out that the much anticipated Retina MacBook Air is now near in hitting the store shelves.

The Wall Street Journal mentioned an insider from the Cupertino-based tech giant saying that the company will now be commencing the production of a “larger-screen iPad” around the second half of 2015.

The site said that although mass production has already started, the device won’t still be available to ship in “large quantities” until “sometime between April and June.”

As what have been further revealed by the people familiar with the matter, the next-gen Air will arrive with a larger and “higher resolution display.” This is in line with the previous rumors pointing out to a 12.9-incher device.

As for what the rumor moreover implies, several websites speculate that if the information holds any truth in it, then maybe the “one more thing” which has been teased for the big Monday Apple Watch release event will be the Macbook Air 2015 Retina display device.

9to5Mac already reported earlier this year that the gizmo will come out with a “radically new design” and is nicknamed “MacBook Stealth.”

Would-be buyers might see a sleeker, more streamlined device devoid of any USB ports, MagSafe connector, and SD Card slot. In replacement for the ports include a reversible USB Type-C port, a headphone jack, and dual-mics.

Christian Post Report – Without a doubt, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould’s spin-off to their hugely-popular “Breaking Bad” series, “Better Call Saul” is certainly a show that can stand on its own without getting overshadowed with the former’s success.

However, it can’t be helped that “Breaking Bad” fans yearn for someone from the show to appear in the Bob Odenkirk-led prequel.

Now, a recent casting report from Variety pointed out that Aaron Paul’s famous Jesse Pinkman might get a spotlight or at least appear in “Better Call Saul.”

Paul certainly “hopes that he can eventually guest star on ‘Saul.'”

“We always have fun having that discussion — Vince [Gilligan], myself, Peter [Gould], the writers,” Paul said. “We just have no idea how that would happen. But hopefully one day.”

The 35-year-old “Need for Speed” star meanwhile admits that he is a big fan of “BCS.”

“I love it,” he said. “It’s a little weird because it kind of looks like ‘Breaking Bad.’ It has somewhat of a little bit different tone, but I know everyone involved, and I’m not involved in it at all and it’s a little weird, a little sad, but it’s great.”

Executive producer of “Breaking Bad” Michelle MacLaren meanwhile pointed out the great possibility of seeing Paul and co-lead star Bryan Cranston (who played Walter White in the original series) playing a cameo role in the latest installment.

“I think it’s open to whoever Vince and Peter decide to bring in. I would imagine that everyone who would ask would say yes,” the showrunner said.

“Better Call Saul” airs Monday at 10 p.m. on AMC.

Christian Post Report – Fans are getting more hooked in the unexpected twists and turns of the hit comedy drama TV series from The CW, “Hart of Dixie” Season 4 and this week, one character will feel like he’s being forgotten.

A report from TV Fanatic pointed out that tonight’s segment will tackle on Brick’s (Tim Matheson) 61st birthday. However, he feels disappointed because apparently, everyone forgets about his special day.

Will the day tread on without someone from Bluebell greeting the elderly a “Happy Birthday?”

Spoilers meanwhile indicated that Lemon (Jaime King) and Lavon (Cress Williams) might be taking their lives to the next level and announce something big as what the recently released trailer reveals.

In the rather short video, the couple opens up about the status of their relationship with Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Wade (Wilson Bethel). The latter couple was then seen screaming with excitement. Could that be what we think it is?

Zoe and Wade, on the other hand, are kind of worried having realized that they have nothing special to pass down to their child. Wade will take into action to solve the issue and is said to embark on a mission to find something from their pasts.

The rest of the synopsis for the segment titled “61 Candles” was seen posted on The Futon Critic and it reads:

“Brick (Tim Matheson) is disappointed when everyone forgets his birthday, so when Lavon (Cress Williams) and Wade invite Brick on a fishing excursion, he thinks he is being led to a surprise party. Lemon (Jaime King) and Zoe try make plans to have a girls’ day, but things do not go as planned. Meanwhile, George’s (Scott Porter) parents come to town and they are shocked by who he is dating and his new job.”

Christian Post Report – Ikea just introduced its new line of wireless phone charging furniture at the MWC 2015 in Barcelona, Spain.

The Swedish multinational furniture manufacturer has launched a line of phone charging furniture at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain this week. The company’s Home Smart range will allow mobile phone users to charge their devices wirelessly wherever they are in the home without having to plug their smartphones into a socket.

The first of its kind in the world, the furniture collection includes bedside tables, coffee tables, lamps, and remote charging pads that can be installed on existing furniture to turn them into wireless charging stations.

The charging pads are equipped with Qi technology that allows devices to be charged without the need for a wired charger.

There are currently 80 smartphone models in the market that are Qi-compatible, including the newly launched Samsung S6, Google’s Nexus 6. Ikea is also providing wireless charging solutions in the form of specially made phone cases for older models and incompatible smartphones to enable more users to utilize Ikea’s new line of furniture.

Ikea’s new range of wireless charging furniture will be made available in the UK by April starting at £30 ($46), coinciding with the release of the Samsung Galaxy S6.

Ikea’s wireless charging furniture comes with charging surfaces that need to be plugged into a wall outlet to render them “wireless,” and while detractors have pointed out the company’s technology hasn’t reached competitive standards in terms of wireless technology, it has still paved the way towards the direction where topping up a mobile device no longer becomes a to-do task, but something that happens whenever and wherever it is set down on a piece of furniture at home.

Christian Post Report – The iPhone 6 and its bigger sibling, the iPhone 6 Plus, are considered among the highest quality products in the market today.

However, attention is quickly shifting to what the new iPhone 7 could look like and what new specs and features it will have. The device is likely to have a release date of around September 2015, and already a new rumored feature could make the iPhone lineup even better.

According to a report by Phone Arena, Apple has recently submitted a new patent that will enable the company to include a waterproof feature for its upcoming devices.

In the report, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has recently granted the Cupertino manufacturer a feature that can help battle moisture ingress and water moisture in smartphones.

The technology reportedly requires coating of internal parts with hydrophobic coating that is as thin as a micron. This can be achieved by placing the component in a chamber filled with fluoropolymer gas.

Then, voltage will be applied, turning the gas into plasma, which in turn sticks to the component.

In the report, while the technology is certainly promising, there are still a number of obstacles that Apple would face along the way. But knowing the Cupertino manufacturer, it will certainly find a way to make this tech happen.

Once the new waterproof technology becomes a part of the iPhone specifications, Apple may also be able to use it for its other devices such as the iPads, or even the MacBooks.

Aside from the waterproof tech, the iPhone 6S or iPhone 7 is rumored to get other upgrades such as 2GB of RAM, an upgraded operating system, the iOS 9, as well as an improved fingerprint sensor, among other things.
