‘Teen Mom OG’: Farrah Abraham Slams Catelynn Lowell on Twitter, Tyler Baltierra Fights Back

After Catelynn Lowell and her fiancé Tyler Baltierra appeared to have ended their feud with Farrah Abraham on “Couple’s Therapy,” it appears that the couple is at odds again with Abraham after she criticized the premiere episode of “Teen Mom OG” on social media.

Christian Post Report – On the MTV show’s premiere, fans got to catch up with Lowell, Baltierra, Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout. Noticeably absent from the episode was Abraham.

According to Radar Online, Abraham began retweeting fans’ messages about how dull the show was without her.

One tweet she shared, which was posted by a viewer read, “[Teen Mom OG] was such a snooze fest. Now I know why they asked @F1abraham to come back! She’ll be back next week, right?! Hopefully.”

Abraham then took a shot at Lowell with another re-tweet that said, “Technically @CatelynnLowell shouldn’t have been on the show cuz she gave up her kid. Her dysfunctional mom & his dad was the show.”

Both Lowell and Baltierra responded to Abraham’s post. Instead of posting a scathing remark, Lowell opted to take a calm approach and assured fans that she and Abraham had no ongoing feud.

“Just so [people] know I have no beef with @F1abraham what was the past is the past #beadults #TeenMomOG all drama put aside!” Lowell wrote.

However, Baltierra appeared to be offended by Abraham’s retweets as he wrote, “Hiding your opinion through retweets does nothing but make me laugh even harder at the delusional state of your mind #NoRetweetsNeeded.”

It was earlier reported that the Lowell, Portwood, and Bookout were not happy with Abraham’s return to the MTV show, saying that they were not pleased with the controversial star’s choices as she has gone on to write erotic novels and even released a sex tape.

Abraham told Radar Online that her “Teen Mom OG” co-stars were being negative.

“I’m tired of going around in circles with them,” she told the website. “All they want is to talk about me. Somebody always has to say something negative all the time. I don’t care and I don’t value their opinion.”

“Teen Mom OG” airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV.

ISIS Cuts Off 4 Kids Hands, One for Stealing Toy; Executes Starving Child for Stealing Food

ISIS (Photo: Reuters/Bassam Khabieh)

An activist (not pictured) holds a burning torch near children carrying banners inside a cage during a protest against forces loyal to Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad in Douma, eastern Al-Ghouta, near Damascus, February 15, 2015. The protest, which made children wear orange suits depicting victims of the Islamic State, calls to compare forces loyal to Syria’s president Bashar al-Assad to Islamic State forces, and to draw attention to residents living under siege and dying from strikes by forces loyal to Syria’s president Bashar Al-Assad, activists said.

Christian Post Report – A mixed Sunni-Shia family that once lived in ISIS’ Iraqi stronghold of Mosul but has fled to live in the Kurdish north after the militant group took over the town last June, has provided deeper insight and revelations about the horrors that people living under the jihadis brand of sharia rule must deal with.<

In an interview with the Iraqi news website Rudaw that was published on Tuesday, the Al-Saraj family, with the father being a Sunni and the mother being a Shia, explained that although they are now living in the Kurdish town of Dohuk, they still maintain contact with their friends and loved ones that are still inside Mosul and subjected to the barbarity of the group’s rule.

While it is no secret that the Islamic State regularly amputates the hands of grown adults who have been accused of stealing inside its strongholds, apparently no exception is given by the militants when a child is accused of stealing.

In the interview, the Saraj daughter, who is referred to as just “SA,” read a text message that she received from one of her friends that still lives in Mosul, which indicated that the group’s police force amputated the hands of four kids for stealing.

“Yesterday they cut off the hands of four kids, ages 12, 11, 13 and 16,” the friend texted to SA. “One of the kids stole a toy bird, another stole an electric cable.”

SA’s brother, who is referenced as “Ibrahim,” added to SA’s comments by showing the Rudaw reporter a video of a preteen being shot in the back of the head, execution style, by ISIS militants because he stole food when he was hungry.

The report explains that because of ISIS’ takeover in Mosul, there has been a food shortage in the town and it is somewhat understandable why the child stole the food. The video also shows the kid’s father pleading for his son’s life before he was ultimately executed.

“He stole something, he wanted to eat,” Ibrahim stated.

The mother, who was referred to as “RS,” is a women’s rights activist and described the strict punishments that the Islamic State has imposed on women that violate its strict laws.

“They cut off their hair, some are stoned, some are shot, and some are beheaded for adultery,” RS said. “If the woman has a boyfriend, the punishment is stoning. If she has more than one boyfriend, she’ll be shot.”

Additionally, the family added that under ISIS rule a Sunni man and a Shia woman are not allowed to marry and if the group found out that a Sunni man is married to a Shia woman, the group forces the man to divorce his wife.

The family also disclosed that many families in Mosul are afraid to send their daughters to school because of the tendency of the militants to go to the schools and take girls from class and force them to marry, adding that the fighters tend to pick non-muslim girls.

“For Yazidis, if a girl is under eight, nothing happens, but if she’s older than eight, they force her to have sex with the jihadists,” RS said.

The father, who was given the initials “MS,” explained how ISIS militants were preparing citizens in the towns to eventually be human shields for ISIS fighters during times of battle by closing down all the barbershops and forcing men to grown out long hair and beards. The thought behind that strategy is that when the Kurds, Iraqi forces or Christian militias attack ISIS militants in Mosul, they will have a hard time differentiating between civilians and actual ISIS fighters.

MS said that since ISIS has taken over and applied its strict brand of sharia law, there has been a growing resentment toward ISIS in Mosul, although many in town initially welcomed the militants. He added that he suspects the group only has about 2,000 fighters to police a town that once was home to over two million.

Of the 2,000 ISIS fighters, MS suspects that only half of them are actually from Iraq, while the other half are foreign fighters recruited from all over the world. Although MS thinks that ISIS does not have enough manpower to fully police the town, he said the people of Mosul have not risen up against the rule of ISIS because they are terrified by the group’s brutality.

He also added that it does not help that before ISIS took over the town, the Kurdish government forces “went house to house and took all the weapons” in order to prevent a rebel uprising. But in doing that, the Kurds left Mosul residents with nothing more than a knives to defend themselves, their families and their property.

“People are like sheep now,” Ibrahim added. “They don’t have weapons, only knives.”

As thousands of families have fled Iraq because of the rise of ISIS and the population in ISIS’ strongholds has decreased, the group has found ways to prevent people from completely fleeing the town. According to the report, people that now want to leave Mosul must give ISIS the deed to their home or some kind of collateral to ensure that they will return.

Although the family has fled Mosul and now lives in an apartment in Dohuk , they still can not enjoy complete freedom.

Since the family is a Muslim family living in a Kurdish area, the parents explained that many in the area believe they are ISIS supporters and they are not allowed to go out after dark and must report to the Kurdish government twice every month.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are photographed at Whole Foods in Nashville.

Christian Post Report – Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have been rumored to be dating since they were spotted having a conversation at length at the Universal after-party following the Brit Awards last month. This week, the “Style” singer and the “Feel So Close” hitmaker were seen together at Kenny Chesney’s concert in Nashville.

Before the concert, the pair was spotted coming out of Whole Foods in Nashville on Wednesday, March 25. Swift and Harris were wearing matching grey and black ensembles, with Swift in a grey long-sleeved shirt and black skirt, while Harris donned a grey shirt and black pants. The two even had an encounter with a young fan, and fans in the vicinity even managed to get a picture of them and immediately posted it on Twitter.

Later that night at Chesney’s concert, fans in attendance couldn’t help but be drawn to the pair as they got cozy at the show. Swift performed at Chesney’s Big Revival Tour concert, and after her performance, she joined Harris at the audience section and he was photographed with his arms around her waist.

Earlier this month, Swift jetted to Las Vegas with her friends Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and the Haim sisters to watch Harris perform at Hakkasan. According to Heat, fans spotted the singer dancing at the back of the stage while staring at Harris.

The pair have yet to confirm whether they are officially dating or not.

Nexus 7 Release Date, Specs Rumors: New Google Smartphone to Be Developed by LG Again

Before the year ended, Google announced its next-generation Nexus 6 by Motorola.

Christian Post Report – Back then, the move to work with Motorola was hardly a surprise to anyone as the company briefly became a part of Google. The success of the Moto X and Moto G the year before could have also pushed Google to choose Motorola over other manufacturers.

However, according to a report by Android Origin, Google may be returning to LG Electronics for the upcoming Nexus 7 smartphone. Insiders claimed that several Google engineers paid a visit to LG’s headquarters last week.

According to Korean media, the Google employees checked the Korean manufacturer’s LG Display and LG Innotek facilities.

Due to this development, the media believes that this could confirm that Google will return to LG for its upcoming smartphone after allowing Motorola to design its Nexus handset last year.

Meanwhile, the report also speculated that Chinese manufacturer may also be involved in the picture. As a result, there could be two possible scenarios – either LG or Huawei will be given the task to develop the smartphone, while the other would work on the next-generation Nexus slate.

Last year, Motorola announced the biggest Nexus smartphone ever, with its 5.96-inch display and QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution.

The device was also super fast with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 805 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of built-in memory.

The only feature lacking in the device is a better camera, and the 13MP/2MP combo may not have impressed most Android fans.

But with the latest rumor, LG would definitely do its best to make Google stay in their partnership of developing upcoming Nexus devices.

NJ Megachurch to Hide 100,000 Easter Eggs in State’s Largest Ever Easter Egg Hunt

Liquid Church (Photo: Facebook/Liquid Church)

Liquid Church in Mountainside, NJ.

Christian Post Report – One of New Jersey’s fastest growing Christian churches will be hosting the state’s largest Easter egg hunt ever by hiding more than 100,000 eggs in its campuses in four counties for children and families on Easter Weekend.

Liquid Church, which has four congregations in Morristown, Mountainside, New Brunswick and Nutley, has 14 different Jersey Egg Hunt experiences planned in those locations for April 4 and 5, the church says in a statement.

“At Liquid, one of our core values is that Church can be FUN. We hope families joining us for the Jersey Egg Hunt will have a chance to experience church in a refreshing way,” said Tim Lucas, founding and lead pastor.

Each hunt will be a 90-minute experience with music, message and Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. While participation in the Easter egg hunt will be free, registration is required, the church said.

The church will give a free CD of original music produced by the Liquid Music Team to every family that attends Easter Weekend.

The church created a Guinness world record for hunger-relief packages last year, and for also helping provide clean water to poor areas across the world, according to NJ.com. They also helped with relief efforts in Manville after Hurricane Irene flooding.

Both “megachurch” and “evangelist” apply to Liquid, Lucas told the portal, and added that it’s also about a progressive feel to their Biblical message.

“Our vision is simple: we take church to the people,” he was quoted as saying. “There aren’t Easter Eggs in the Bible – but we want to build a bridge to families.”

The church was founded in 2001, and now has about 3,500 worshippers every Sunday. “Whether you’ve never been to church before or you’re a Sunday regular, you’ll fit right in,” Liquid says on its website.

As a part of its global outreach Liquid provides clean drinking water to the poorest of the poor with dozens of completed projects in several countries including El Salvador and Nicaragua.

“Outreach is our heartbeat as a church,” Lucas said.

‘Grimm’ Season 4 Plot Spoilers: Claire Coffee Reveals Details About the ‘Hexpecting’ Adalind

Season 4 of the hit supernatural drama TV series “Grimm” continues this week with episode titled “Double Date” and spoiler reports indicate that the show’s protagonist, Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli), is in for some trouble.

Christian Post Report – A synopsis posted on The Futon Critic points out that Nick and Hank are called to investigate an incident involving a “one night stand that turned deadly,” where a man finds himself got caught “in the middle of a bizarre love triangle.”

On the other hand, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) is hoping that the couple Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) can help him deal with the “recurring episodes of phantom bleeding.”

And then there’s Adalind (Claire Coffee) who makes a shocking discovery in herself which, as touted, can “turn the tables in her favour.” Juliette (Bitsie Tullock), in her part, will make a “big decision” that she hopes can change “the course of her relationship with Nick.”

Perhaps one of the things that followers of the show might look forward to in the upcoming segment is how Adalind will unravel the truth about her pregnancy with Nick.

Speaking to TV Line, Coffee confirmed that the scheme which she was able to successfully pull off at the Season 4 premiere has now bear fruit and this might complicate things for the Grimm.

“Yes, Nick is the father,” the actress informed the publication. “It is insane. And now that Juliette is a Hexenbiest and they’re really pushing her character into such a dark place — and Bitsie [Tulloch] is doing such a great job working with all of that new, evil energy — they’re using this as a way to push that even further.”

How will Nick and Juliette react to this situation given that, in the first place, both of them are already struggling with their relationship?

Find out more when “Grimm” Season 4 airs this Friday, March 27 on NBC.
