Montreal Canadiens’ P.K. Subban (L) congratulates his teammate Carey Price after their win against the Tampa Bay Lightning during their NHL pre-season game at the Colisee in Quebec City, October 1, 2011.

Before dropping three straight games against the Ottawa Senators, Anaheim Ducks and Winnipeg Jets, the Kings were on a roll and had an eight-match winning run.

They are trying to crawl their way back to playoff contention as they are currently ninth in the Western Conference and fourth in the Pacific Division.

Jeff Carter leads the team with 49 points behind 21 goals and 28 assists, while Anze Kopitar has been a steady force with a team-high 35 assists so far.

The Canadiens were on a four-game win streak before facing the San Jose Sharks earlier in the week.

In those wins, they scored a total of 17 goals, averaging 4.25 per contest. However, that seemed to elude them as they faced the Sharks, losing 4-0 as they were only allowed 20 shots on goal, while their defense fell through by allowing at least one goal each period.

Hosting the Ducks the next game, much of the same happened. They allowed the lead to balloon to 3-0 before scoring a consolation goal in the 59th minute of the contest.

They have already met once this season, with the Canadiens dominating the champions 6-2.

Dictating the pace early on, the Canadiens wowed their home crowd by going up 3-0 after the first two periods.

The Kings tried to hustle their way back as Jake Muzzin narrowed the gap to two-goals inside the first four minutes of the third period, but Montreal had too much fire power on that night.

Carey Price was impressive in that contest, saving 44 out of a possible 46 attempts on goal, while his counterpart only had a 70 percent save rate after going 14-of-20.

The match will start 10:30 p.m. ET, and for live scores and play-by-play visit NHL.com. A live stream of the game can be watched online by clicking here.

Christian Post Report – The Dallas Stars will try to win two matches in a row as they travel to the BB&T Center to face the Florida Panthers.

Fresh off their 3-2 win over the New York Islanders, the Stars got the much-needed victory. Prior to that contest, they were on a six-game losing streak.

In the victory, Cody Eakin scored the winner in overtime to help improve the Stars’ record to 28 wins in 64 matches.

As for the Panthers, they broke their two-game win streak in their last match against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Prior to the defeat, they beat the Buffalo Sabres and Tampa Bay Lightning, displaying their scoring prowess with nine goals in those two games.

However, their 3-2 defeat to the Leafs gave them their 23rd loss of the season and are now ninth in the Eastern Conference. Nick Bjugstad leads the Panthers with 38 points and goals with 22.

Roberto Luongo has struggled so far as he has allowed 2.37 goals per game while holding a 92 percent save rate. As for the Stars, Jamie Benn leads the team with 61 points thanks to 23 goals and 38 assists so far.

Tyler Seguin is close behind with 59 points and leads the team in goals scored with 29.

Kari Lehtonen has an even worse stat line then Luongo, with 2.95 goals allowed per contest at barely 91 percent saving rate. The two teams have already met three times this season, with the Stars winning all three of those contests.

In their last meeting at BB&T Center, the Stars won 4-3 and secured two points in a penalty shootout victory.

Up next for the Panthers is a match against the New York Islanders. For the Stars is another away game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

‘Five Nights at Freddy’s 3’ Release Date on PC: System Requirements and Details Revealed

Five Nights at Freddy's 3 Youtube Screenshot/ file

A screen grab from the Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 teaser trailer

Christian Post Report – Fans of Five Nights at Freddy’s didn’t have to wait long for the game’s latest installment. One month after creator Scott Cawthon announced Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 the game was released through Steam.

The game is set 30 years after Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza closed its doors and its blood-thirsty animatronic robots were scrapped. Here is the game’s official description on Steam:

“The events that took place there have become nothing more than a rumor and a childhood memory, but the owners of ‘Fazbear’s Fright: The Horror Attraction’ are determined to revive the legend and make the experience as authentic as possible for patrons, going to great lengths to find anything that might have survived decades of neglect and ruin.”

“At first there were only empty shells, a hand, a hook, an old paper plate doll, but then a remarkable discovery was made…”

“The attraction now has one animatronic.”

The way the game is played hasn’t changed. Players have to take on the role of a night guard tasked to watch over the place. As you don’t get any weapons, the only option for survival is to hide from the animatronic robot using the security station cameras, ventilation grates, and audio system.

Here are the system requirements to play “Five Nights at Freddy’s 3” on PC:

• OS: XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
• Processor: 2 GHz Intel Premium 4 or AMD Athlon or equivalent
• Memory: 1 GB RAM
• Graphics: 1 GB
• DirectX: Version 9.0
• Hard Drive: 250 MB available space

After “Five Nights at Freddy’s 3” will Cawthon release another installment to the series? The developer has released a new teaser image on his website, but rather than pointing to a new game, fans believe that the teaser hints at the end of the series.

The image shows Freddy’s hat on the ground, and according to VG247.com, the image suggests that the animatronic has retired. Cawthon has yet to comment on the rumors.

Denver Nuggets NBA 2015 News: Nuggets Fire Coach Brian Shaw, Melvin Hunt Takes Over as Interim Coach

Brian Shaw Reuters/File

Former Denver Nuggets Head Coach Brian Shaw

Christian Post Report – The Denver Nuggets fired head coach Brian Shaw Tuesday and the position was reportedly taken over by assistant coach Melvin Hunt.

According to a report from Yahoo! Sports, the 48-year-old was relieved from his coaching duties with the Nuggets on Tuesday. Replacing him is Hunt, who will take over the team for the remainder of the season.

“I want to sincerely thank Brian for his time with our organization,” Nuggets general manager Tim Connelly said in a statement. “You won’t find a better guy than Brian and he is one of the brightest basketball minds I’ve ever been around.”

“Unfortunately things didn’t go as we hoped, but we know with his basketball acumen that he has a very bright future ahead of him,” he continued.

Hired in June 2013 as replacement for then the reigning NBA Coach of the Year George Karl, Shaw brought the franchise a record of 56-85 (.397) wins before his exit this week.

Media outlets speculated that Shaw lost the respect of his players on Monday when described the team as a “laughing stock.”

Speaking during his team’s morning practice, Jason Kidd of the Milwaukee Bucks said that Shaw didn’t expect the firing coming too soon.

“This wasn’t anything, I don’t think, he saw coming,” Kidd told ESPN. “It’s unfortunate what happened with B-Shaw, being one of my mentors as a player and also a good friend.”

Hunt is currently in his fifth season working with Shaw in Nuggets following his move from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“Competing for championships is our goal, and therefore we decided to make this decision now and look forward to conducting an extensive head coaching search upon the season’s conclusion,” Connelly said.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Chicago Bulls Live Stream: Watch NBA Basketball Online as Both Teams Fight for a Playoff Spot

Russell Westbrook Reuters/File

Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook

Christian Post Report – The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel to the United Center to face the Chicago Bulls as the NBA regular season continues to roll.

Both teams are struggling with injuries, with the Bulls missing guards Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler, while the Thunder are without reigning MVP Kevin Durant.

And without their stars, both teams need wins each time they can get it to stay relevant in the playoff race.

As of the moment, the Bulls are in the middle of the Eastern Conference playoff race, while the Thunder are trying to secure their eight seed as they fend off rivals New Orleans Pelicans and the Phoenix Suns.

Tom Thibodeau’s men have alternated wins and losses in their last five games. They recently beat the Washington Wizards 97-92 behind impressive performances from Nikola Mirotic and Pau Gasol.

Mirotic scored 23 points on the night, shooting 3-of-7 from beyond the three-point arc. He also pulled down eight rebounds.

The veteran Gasol had 20 points to help the team, shooting 8-of-11 for the night. He also had a double-double as he grabbed 10 rebounds.

As for the Thunder, they are on a two-game win streak. Russell Westbrook missed out on their 108-101 win over the Los Angeles Lakers but returned to face the Philadelphia 76ers.

The star guard notched his fourth consecutive triple double in the 123-118 overtime victory, scoring a career-high 49 points, while grabbing 16 rebounds and dishing out 10 assists.

Dion Waiters provided some help on the offensive end, with 20 points on 9-of-15 shooting.

This will be the first meeting between the Bulls and Thunder; with the latter winning their last two contests during the previous season.

After this meeting in Illinois, both teams are set to clash again in 10 days at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

San Antonio Spurs NBA 2015 News, Rumors: Tim Duncan Insists It’s Not Time To Panic Despite Team’s Losing Streak

San Antonio Spurs’ Tim Duncan gets the slam dunk during the second half of Round 1 of the Western Conference NBA basketball playoffs in San Antonio, Texas, April 17, 2011.

The San Antonio Spurs have been in this situation in the past, but this time it will test the squad’s abilities and its eligibility to do it all over again – win an NBA title.

Christian Post Report – The Spurs have only won 36 games this season, and have lost 23 games already. In the report by ESPN, that number is already higher than their total losses for last year.

The report also mentioned that San Antonio only managed a 4-5 performance during their usual ‘rodeo road trip’ – a series of road games where the Spurs should be steadying their hold of their position in the Western Conference standings.

Unfortunately, it has not been good. San Antonio is currently the seventh seed in the West, and is only a couple of wins ahead of Oklahoma City Thunder.

However, in spite the lackluster performance from last year’s champs, veteran center Tim Duncan shared his thoughts and implied that there is nothing to be worried about.

“When you lose games, three or four in a row like we have, people start to panic and want to change something or change everything,” the former MVP said.

“You have to stay steady with it and understand it’s a work in progress and we’re not in as bad a position as it may seem at the time. We get some wins together and start feeling good about ourselves then we’ll be in the right place during the playoffs.”

San Antonio is far from being completely healthy this season. Tony Parker is continuing to play in spite his hamstring injury, while Kawhi Leonard has already missed 15 straight games this season.

However, both players are playing now, and with the leadership and reassuring voice of Duncan, the Spurs may be able to make one big push to land on the upper half of the standings by season’s end.

Windows Lumia 640 XL Release Date News, Specs Details: Microsoft Announces Brand New Affordable Mid-Range Smartphone

Nobody expected Microsoft to make any announcements at the Mobile World Congress this year, and so many people were surprised when the Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft giant brought a couple of handsets.

Microsoft Lumia Microsoft Lumia/Facebook/Image

Christian Post Report – The bigger of the two, dubbed as the Lumia 640 XL, is definitely a charmer, with its Nokia-like design and the new tiles version of Windows Phone 8.1. Giving the Microsoft smartphone a closer look puts it as an indirect successor of the Lumia 1320, which was announced last year.

Just like the Lumia 1320, the Lumia 640 XL is a budget device that packs a huge screen. According to the report by Phone Arena, the device features a 5.7-inch display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution, 1GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 400 SoC.

Also on board is a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP selfie shooter, an 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot, and a 3,000mAh battery. The new Lumia handset will come in two versions – a 3G edition and another that supports LTE connections.

Despite the huge screen and impressive camera department, the Lumia 640 XL will reportedly cost only 189 EUR, which is about $208. Meanwhile, the LTE version is slightly more expensive at 219 EUR ($241).

Given that the Windows 10 for mobile devices will soon launch, the new Lumia may receive the update in the coming months.

Unfortunately, there are no exact details regarding the phone’s availability or official release date.

Chicago Bulls NBA 2015 News, Rumors: Team’s Top 2 Players Out Until Season’s End, Will Chicago Make It?

With the 2014-15 NBA season reaching its final stretch, teams are already doing everything they can in order to secure a decent playoff spot.

Christian Post Report – Unfortunately for the Chicago Bulls, it may be another grind during the season’s final weeks.

Chicago bulls (Photo: Reuters/Jeff Haynes)

Chicago Bulls shooting guard Richard Hamilton (32) shoots as teammate center Joakim Noah (13) holds back Oklahoma City Thunder power forward Nick Collison (4) during the second half of their NBA basketball game in Chicago, Illinois, November 8, 2012.

Just last week, Derrick Rose suffered another injury – this time a torn medial meniscus on his right knee. While he already underwent an operation, reports are pointing to a six to eight-week timeline before the guard can fully recover.

Meanwhile, the Bulls’ leading scorer also went down with an injury after colliding with DeAndre Jordan during Chicago’s loss against the Clippers.

Jimmy Butler, who averages more than 20 points and almost six rebounds a game, will reportedly be sidelined for the next six weeks.

To make things even worse for the Bulls, their sixth man Taj Gibson also sprained his ankle in their previous game against the Wolves.

With the positioning in the Eastern Conference as tight as ever, it is up to the twin tower combination of Pau Gasol and Joakim Noah whether the Bulls will remain aggressive inside or not.

Fortunately, coach Tom Thibodeau has other players to spare including Euro league MVP Nikola Mirotic, who led the way for Chicago in their last game against the Wizards.

Tony Snell may still be inconsistent, but whenever his shots start to fall, the other team is definitely in trouble.

While the two best offensive players of Chicago are injured, the Bulls might just temporarily return to their defensive mindset.

However, limping into the playoffs may not be the entrance Bulls fans have been waiting this season.

‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers, Latest News: Chris Soules Gives His Take on ‘Women Tell All’ Reunion Show

The Bachelor ABC/ The Bachelor

The women tell all, on The Bachelor

Christian Post Report – Last Monday’s special episode of “The Bachelor” titled “Women Tell All” featured the return of all of Chris Soules’ eliminated ladies coming back together to reminisce, lash out at each other, and gain closure after their time on the show.

Soules told E! News that it was quite difficult to be with all of the women in one room.

“I felt like a kindergarten teacher for a while,” he said. “It was like herding cats in a tornado.”

One emotional moment of the night was when Britt could not believe that Carly pretended to her friend while inside the Bachelor mansion. Soules said he had no idea that things were bad between the two girls.

“I mean, I knew there was friction between Britt and Carly, but I really had no idea it was that bad,” he told People magazine. “Whose side am I on? No way am I going to choose a side; I refuse to get in the middle of that one!”

One lady reportedly had reservations about coming back for “Women Tell All”: Kelsey. It can be recalled that Kelsey talked about being a widow, and the other girls thought that she did so to get Soules’ sympathy. Moreover, she had a panic attack at the mansion, and some of the ladies are claiming that she faked it to get attention.

“I did have reservations about coming because I knew there were girls who didn’t like me and who wanted answers and I was ready to hear them out,” said Kelsey.

Soules said that he chose to give Kelsey the benefit of the doubt.

“I don’t think Kelsey is a bad person,” he said. “Did she use her story to maneuver herself a little here and there? Yeah, probably. But she’s also been through so much … Hearing her say that she feels like she is grieving all over again is heartbreaking. I guess I just choose to give her the benefit of the doubt, no matter what anyone says.”

“The Bachelor” airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
