Christian Post Report – “Dancing With The Stars” has released the official cast portraits for Season 20. The photos feature the celebrity cast posing with their pro partners, and fans can’t wait for the new season to begin to find out who will dominate on the dance floor.

Rumer Willis—the eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore—is paired with Valentin Chmerkovskiy. When host Tom Bergeron asked her what her famous parents think about her joining the show, Willis said, “They’re really excited. I mean, they should be.”

Olympic gold gymnast Nastia Liukin is paired with Derek Hough. Hough made his return to the show after he previously announced that he won’t be part of season 20 to take part in Radio City Music Hall’s New York Spring Spectacular.

LMFAO rapper Redfoo will be dancing with Emma Slater.

“I’m just gonna come out and just give it my all! I’m not gonna hold back,” he said on “Good Morning America.”

Charlotte McKinney, who made her debut on the Super Bowl commercial for Carl’s Jr, will be dancing with Keo Motsepe.

“I’m excited to burn off all the burgers,” she joked.

NFL player Michael Sam is paired with Peta Murgatroyd.

“I’m athletic and can perform, so I’m a competitor,” he said on GMA.

14-year old “Hunger Games” actress Willow Shields will be dancing with Mark Ballas. Shields is the youngest competitor ever in the history of the show. ”

It’s kinda scary,” she said. “It’s exciting too … I think [Mark] is secretly nervous about that.”

Actress and fitness advocate Suzanne Somers is partnered with Tony Dovolani.

“This is my opportunity to see if all those hormones and vitamins I’ve been taking all these years will really pay off,” she quipped.

Singer-actor Riker Lynch will be dancing with Allison Holker. Lynch is related to DWTS vets Derek Hough and Julianne Hough.

“I actually haven’t talked to them yet, so I will definitely be looking for tips,” he said on GMA.

Retired Army Sgt. Noah Galloway will be dancing with Sharna Burgess. Galloway is a double amputee who is now a personal trainer and motivational speaker.

“Shark Tank” star Robert Herjavec is partnered with Kym Johnson. “You have to compete against yourself, so we’re not worried about the other people,” he said.

Legendary singer Patti LaBelle will be dancing with Artem Chigvintsev. “I’m gonna have so much fun,” said the singer on GMA, “You know baby, I’m just gonna do it.”

Meanwhile, Bergeron and Erin Andrews said on GMA that a mystery contestant is going to be announced right before the show’s premiere and will be dancing with season 19 champion Witney Carson.

There has been speculation that “The Bachelor” star Chris Soules will be competing on the show. Bergeron may have hinted at Soules’ being part of the show when, as a reply to why the mystery contestant couldn’t be at the GMA announcement, he said “he couldn’t rose, I mean, rise early enough.”

Sibilings Julianne and Derek Hough also weighed in the rumors during a Q&A with AOL Build on Monday, admitting that it could be Soules.

“You know …” Derek said. Julianne added, “Oh my gosh, everyone loves ‘The Bachelor’ this season!”

Carson also offered a clue via Instagram, posting a photo of herself in a rural area.

“Just moments away from meeting my new partner,” she captioned the photo.

“Dancing With the Stars” season 20 will premiere on March 16 at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Nobody expected Microsoft to make any announcements at the Mobile World Congress this year, and so many people were surprised when the Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft giant brought a couple of handsets.

Christian Post Report – The bigger of the two, dubbed as the Lumia 640 XL, is definitely a charmer, with its Nokia-like design and the new tiles version of Windows Phone 8.1. Giving the Microsoft smartphone a closer look puts it as an indirect successor of the Lumia 1320, which was announced last year.

Just like the Lumia 1320, the Lumia 640 XL is a budget device that packs a huge screen. According to the report by Phone Arena, the device features a 5.7-inch display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution, 1GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 400 SoC.

Also on board is a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP selfie shooter, an 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot, and a 3,000mAh battery. The new Lumia handset will come in two versions – a 3G edition and another that supports LTE connections.

Despite the huge screen and impressive camera department, the Lumia 640 XL will reportedly cost only 189 EUR, which is about $208. Meanwhile, the LTE version is slightly more expensive at 219 EUR ($241).

Given that the Windows 10 for mobile devices will soon launch, the new Lumia may receive the update in the coming months.

Unfortunately, there are no exact details regarding the phone’s availability or official release date.

Christian Post Report – The defending NHL Stanley Cup champions Los Angeles Kings will welcome the Montreal Canadiens as they meet at Staples Center.

Coming off a 5-2 win over the Edmonton Oilers, the Kings are looking to put together another win streak following three consecutive losses.

Before dropping three straight games against the Ottawa Senators, Anaheim Ducks and Winnipeg Jets, the Kings were on a roll and had an eight-match winning run.

They are trying to crawl their way back to playoff contention as they are currently ninth in the Western Conference and fourth in the Pacific Division.

Jeff Carter leads the team with 49 points behind 21 goals and 28 assists, while Anze Kopitar has been a steady force with a team-high 35 assists so far.

The Canadiens were on a four-game win streak before facing the San Jose Sharks earlier in the week.

In those wins, they scored a total of 17 goals, averaging 4.25 per contest. However, that seemed to elude them as they faced the Sharks, losing 4-0 as they were only allowed 20 shots on goal, while their defense fell through by allowing at least one goal each period.

Hosting the Ducks the next game, much of the same happened. They allowed the lead to balloon to 3-0 before scoring a consolation goal in the 59th minute of the contest.

They have already met once this season, with the Canadiens dominating the champions 6-2.

Dictating the pace early on, the Canadiens wowed their home crowd by going up 3-0 after the first two periods.

The Kings tried to hustle their way back as Jake Muzzin narrowed the gap to two-goals inside the first four minutes of the third period, but Montreal had too much fire power on that night.

Carey Price was impressive in that contest, saving 44 out of a possible 46 attempts on goal, while his counterpart only had a 70 percent save rate after going 14-of-20.

Christian Post Report – “The Walking Dead’s” Norman Reedus revealed to Conan O’Brien why he licks people’s faces and whether his character, Daryl Dixon is gay.

Norman Reedus was a guest on “Conan on TBS” Tuesday where he explained to host O’Brien why licks his fans’ faces. He also elaborated on crossbow-carrying Daryl Dixon’s sexuality on “The Walking Dead.”

Model and actor, Reedus has gained a reputation as a licker of faces, having applied his tongue on fans, castmates and monuments while on vacation. His name has even become a verb to describe licking someone’s face, as published on Urban Dictionary.

During the show interview, Reedus indicated several female members of the audience wore t-shirts and held up signs asking the long-haired actor to “#Reedus” them.

“Sometimes dads will come up to me with their daughter and they’ll be like, ‘Lick my daughter,'” He told O’Brien.

While the actor did not give a direct reason for the strange greeting, he described how the licking started when he traveled to London and posted selfies showing him licking a number of famous monuments.

His selfies became a trending Internet meme which encouraged him to continue the practice on people. Castmates have revealed his standard greetings include “flipping them the bird” then licking their faces, particularly if they are covered in dirt and grime from a shoot.

Describing the actor as “a licker, not a fighter,” Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes on the series, has advised people not to wear white around Reedus, particularly at the end of the day, as the actor also displays a tendency to wipe his sweaty face on castmates’ white clothing.

O’Brien then brought up the speculations surrounding Daryl Dixon being gay, despite the comic book’s creator, Robert Kirkman explaining on AMC’s “Talking Dead” in November that Daryl is straight.

Reedus replied that he would follow whatever story direction the producers decide to take, adding that he wasn’t afraid of being portrayed as a homosexual on the small screen.

“The Walking Dead” returns to AMC with Season 5’s Episode 13, “Forget” on March 8, Sunday at 9 p.m.

Christian Post Report – Things appear to be getting serious with Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs, as it has been reported that the actor gave his girlfriend a promise ring.

According to a source from E! News, the “Twilight” actor shared the news with his friends around the same time at an “I-want-to-marry-you-dinner.” Pattinson’s friends were reportedly told that the 28-year old actor and Twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, were not officially engaged yet.

The source tells the website that the engagement could happen soon, after Barnett wraps up her tour and Pattinson finishes up with a couple of projects that are in the works.

The pair started dating last fall and was seen jet setting from Paris to Miami, to New York, London and L.A. The actor has become a frequent fixture at Barnett’s concerts and last week, they were seen attending the 2015 Brit Awards together.

“There is a special connection between the two of them,” he insider told E! News. “Music is a big part of their relationship, because it means so much to them. They clicked instantly and they literally have been inseparable.”

Another source tells People that both Pattinson and Barnett are wearing promise rings.

“He wants to marry her,” said the source. “They are inseparable when they are together. They live at his house.”

It was earlier reported that Pattinson brought his girlfriend home to meet his parents during the holidays, and the two spent the festive season in England. An insider tells Daily Mail that the actor’s two older sisters, Lizzy and Victoria, “adore” his new girlfriend and “totally approve” of his relationship with her.

Mars Hill Ballard is one of the sites that will now be called a “church” and not a “campus,” leaders from Mars Hill Church in Seattle announced, August 2011.

Christian Post Report – Although multiple real estate interests were in the running to purchase the prime urban Seattle property owned by the now-defunct 15,000-member megachurch Mars Hill, the Ballard neighborhood church facility will remain a sanctuary, as a nearby congregation won the bidding on Tuesday with a $9-million offer.

After Mars Hill, which owned 15 properties across five states, announced its plans to dissolve into a number of independent churches last fall, after controversy sounded the leadership of its head pastor, Mark Driscoll, the congregation put up for sale nearly $25 million worth of its properties in late October.

The real estate company Colliers International announced Tuesday that nearby Quest Church won the sale of the 40,000 square-foot property with a $9-million bid, even though the facility in the bustling Ballard shopping district was bid on by nine different real estate developers.

Mars Hill will take a $4.2-million profit on the sale of the sanctuary, as it purchased the location in 2003 for $4.8 million and upgraded the facility to seat over 1,000 people, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.

Quest Church, which is currently located about a three-minute drive from the Mars HIll location, plans to move into the building at some point later in the year. Founded in 2001 by Eugene and Minhee Cho, the congregation has grown to nearly 1,000 members and has outgrown its current facility.

“It’s almost doubled in size from 350 to 400 regular attendees when [my wife and I] first arrived in 2009 to an average of 800 now every week,” Quest Church member Brian Bantum told the Seattle Pacific University student newspaper The Falcon. “We just needed more space.”

Bantum explained that in Quest’s current facility, the children’s ministry rooms were all beyond capacity.

“When the Ballard building came on the market, it was great to purchase a place that had the capacity we needed but was relatively in the same area,” Bantum added.

Although the Chos and Quest Church are happy to be moving into a bigger facility that fills their needs, the congregation is distraught by what has happened to the congregation of their “brothers and sisters in Christ.”

“Like many people, I was grieving about what happened,” Eugene Cho told MyBallard.com. “While we may have some theological differences, we consider them brothers and sisters in Christ.”

According to the website, the move will also allow Quest Church to move closer to one of its “core ministries” called the Bridge Care Center, which is a drop-in center for homeless people in the neighborhood. The center provided over 20,273 resources for 684 people in 2014.

Surrounded by controversy over his “divisive” leadership style, former Mars Hill lead pastor Mark Driscoll announced his resignation last October from the multi-city church, after receiving a number of calls asking him to step down. Driscoll originally took a six-week leave of absence in August while a committee of elders conducted a review of the charges made against him and his leadership style. Driscoll and his wife founded Mars Hill in 1996.

“I readily acknowledge I am an imperfect messenger of the gospel of Jesus Christ.” Driscoll wrote in his resignation letter. “Specifically, I have confessed to past pride, anger and domineering spirit. As I shared with our church in August, ‘God has broken me many times in recent years by showing me where I have fallen short, and while my journey, at age 43, is far from over, I believe He has brought me a long way from some days I am not very proud of, and is making me more like Him everyday.'”

Following Driscoll’s resignation, Mars Hill’s teaching pastor, Dave Bruskas, announced later in October that the church was going to dissolve by the end of 2014 and that its 13 regional congregations would need to go independently or merge with another church.

“Following much prayer and lengthy discussion with Mars Hill’s leadership, the board of Mars HIll has concluded that rather than remaining a centralized multi-site church with video-led teaching distributed to multiple locations, the best future for each of our existing local churches is for them to become autonomous self-governed entities,” Bruskas wrote in a letter to the congregation.

Christian Post Report – Kate Middleton stepped out on Monday, March 2, to celebrate the 105th anniversary of London’s The Goring Hotel. The hotel is where the Duchess of Cambridge stayed the night before her royal wedding to Prince William in April 2011.

It was previously reported that when the Duchess stayed at The Goring Hotel before her nuptials, she slept inside one of the historic building’s royal apartments on the fifth floor. The following morning, the royal left the hotel through the front entrance, got into a car with her father, and the two headed to Westminster Abbey. After the wedding, the hotel received a royal warrant for its role in the nuptials, which hangs discreetly on the outside of the building.

The palace revealed that the event was not part of her official schedule, and the Duchess attended in a private capacity after receiving a personal invitation from the hotel.

According to The Telegraph, the Duchess was there to officially reopen the London hotel in the company of Sir John Major, Helen McCrory, and Damian Lewis. The website reports that local office workers took to Twitter to comment on the party atmosphere created by the Coldstream Guards band positioned outside the hotel to greet the Duchess and arriving guests.

The Duchess was attired in a colorful floral print dress and navy suede pumps. During her two hour visit, the Duchess, who’s currently expecting her second child, toured the hotel’s new suites, which were freshened during a month-long renovation in January. It was reported that the renovation marked the first time The Goring had ever closed since opening in 1910.

Christian Post Report – Director James Gunn just released a teaser on social media revealing his favorite superhero will appear on “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” in 2017 amid rumors Al Pacino will be joining the cast for the sequel to the critically and commercially successful Marvel Studios film.

James Gunn, who directed the runaway Marvel Comics-based “Guardians of the Galaxy” hit last year has enthusiastically revealed his favorite superhero will be introduced in the sequel, “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” to be released on May 5, 2017.

This disclosure in reply to a follower’s question appeared on Gunn’s Twitter feed Tuesday while rumors were circulating Oscar winner, Al Pacino may be cast in the sequel, leading fans to ask whether “The Devil’s Advocate” star will be playing Star Lord’s biological father.

Pacino has reportedly been in talks with Marvel Studio’s president, Kevin Feige, and Gunn may have dropped a contextual clue when he answered another follower’s question about an actor he would like to work with, answering “Al Pacino.”

Pacino revealed he became a fan of “GoTG” after he took his children to see the movie.

“I recognized the ingenious stuff they were doing; the invention, the attractiveness of the way they were performing it. It had Shakespearian feeling to it at times. I was caught up in the big screen, the great sound.” The actor told Deadline during a September 2014 interview. He even hinted at his desire to join the cast of the sequel.

“I would do anything that I could understand in terms of how I fit in it. And you know, of course if I could fit in it. Anything’s possible.”

This means if Pacino will indeed be cast in the sequel, he may be portraying any number of characters – even perhaps Star Lord’s absentee father — in what is touted to be the broadest film series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Gunn also admonished his followers over Twitter when they insinuated his favorite superhero joining “GoTG2” would be male. The director had previously said he intended to add more female characters to join Zoe Saldana’s Gamora, and he may have been referring to Ms. Marvel, Carol Danvers, who is scheduled to appear in a Captain Marvel solo movie in 2018.

Christian Post Report – Last year’s “The LEGO Movie” was definitely a surprise hit as fans still can’t get enough of Emmett, Wyld Style, and Batman. Though the movie failed to get an Oscar nomination for Best Animated Film, everyone agrees that the film is brilliant and deserves a sequel.

“The LEGO Movie 2” has been confirmed, and so is the spin-off, “The LEGO Batman Movie” featuring Will Arnett’s take on the Caped Crusader. In the first LEGO movie, Batman revealed that he dabbles in music and even gave Emmett and Wyld Style a sample of his musical prowess. Now, it has been confirmed that fans can look forward to more of Batman’s singing in the forthcoming LEGO Batman movie.

The writing and directing team of Chris Miller and Phil Lord took part in an online Q&A session over the weekend, and it was during that time that a Reddit user asked them if there was any chance of possibly seeing “The LEGO Batman Movie” as a musical, paying off the “Untitled Self-Portrait” song that was sung by Arnett in ‘The LEGO Movie’. Miller and Lord said that the film won’t actually be a musical, but they revealed a nugget of information sure to delight fans.

“I can tell you that Lego Batman’s inner life as a frustrated artist will be fully explored,” Lord wrote.

Last month, “The LEGO Batman Movie” director Chris McKay said that he and Lord have been doing some research for the upcoming animated movie.

“We looked at Batmobiles this morning,” McKay told The Hollywood Reporter. “We went to Warner Bros. and opened up all the Batmobiles; we took photos of the interiors and the exteriors, as well as of the costumes and artwork. It was amazing. It was the best trip.”

Lord and Miller revealed earlier that they plan to honor all eras of the cinematic Batman, from Adam West’s campy take to Christian Bale’s intense portrayal of the Caped Crusader.

“The LEGO Batman Movie” is slated to premiere in 2017.

Christian Post Report – This week on “Criminal Minds,” two guards at a maximum security prison in Texas are murdered, and the BAU suspects that more than one UnSub within the prison could be at work.

“Lockdown” starts with the warden of a privatized prison getting in touch with the team. Two prison guards were killed, so Hotch and the rest of the team fly out to Texas to investigate.

Once they get there, they find out that the warden had the two guards in charge of more than 2,000 inmates. It’s either other guards or some inmates who killed them, so the team proceeds with caution.

Later, they find out that the two guards who were killed both had a sadistic streak in them as they often torture inmates just for the fun of it. The team now has a suspect, Julio, and they find out that he may have a good reason for killing them.

It turns out that Julio is a confessed murderer and has been there a little over a month. Julio tells Morgan and Rossi that one day, the guards blasted him with a hose just because they felt like doing so.

As the team was about to investigate Julio, another murder has been reported inside the prison, and this time, an inmate has been killed. Not only that, but the victim has been sexually assaulted.

Later, the team finds out that the prison guards had placed bets on the inmates and have started a fight club. One of the inmates, Devon, died during a fight, and the guards covered up his death. One guard confessed to burning Devon’s body—he was forced to comply with the other guards because they threatened his daughter if he continues to refuse to go along with their plans.

The guard in charge of the fight club watched the other guard confess, and when he saw that he was about to get busted, he opened all the cell doors so that the prisoners could start a riot. Morgan and Kate managed to get away when the SWAT team arrived.

“Criminal Minds” airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
