One’s relationship with God can manifest in various ways. While many people simply choose to walk with God on their own journey of life, others burn with passion for God’s work and commit their lives to serving people in His name. Alger and Gloria Marsh are two such people. Their faith and conviction have led them to give back to their community by starting House of Myrrh Ministries (heartchange.org), a Christian organization dedicated to helping others experience Christ and reach spiritual and emotional growth.
In Christian thought, helping others is one of the highest forms of love as it is a proof of unselfishness and generosity towards humans. Jesus spoke of loving one’s neighbor and helping the weak and thus giving back to the community not only reflects the nature of God, but it is also an essential part of faith. The modern world has become too complex for any of us to understand and many people often lose their way and faith and find themselves in a need of an assistance. Spiritual and religious help from Christian support groups and ministries is now more important than ever as they seek to serve the needs of a human soul by bringing together people and the church. Their faith-based initiatives dedicated to spiritual development provide people with a sense of purpose and help them find their footing in these unpredictable times.
Based in Oregon City, House of Myrrh Ministries has helped and brought joy to many people seeking a God focused change by conducting various interactive workshops on a donation basis. Founded and led by Alger and Gloria Marsh, the organization brings together people of God and offers them the experience of spiritual healing and transformation through God’s love and truth. Their love for God inspires them every day to serve the people around them and their mission is to work with Jesus and share this life-changing experience with all communities.
The Scripture inspired workshops are conveniently structured to help people find exactly what they seek. For example, the HeartChange workshop is an opportunity to experience God and the abundance He brings by healing one’s wounds and growing spiritually. On the other hand, married couples might best benefit by participating in the HeartsTogether workshop to honor God in their relationship and to move to greater unity and intimacy with one another. People struggling with finding their purpose and meaning of life can join the HeartDesing workshop, where they can discover God’s unique design and develop a personal mission. Even children are included in the House of Myrrh Ministries’ program and are welcome to join in the Kids HeartChange workshop designed specifically for youth.
Additionally, the Christian organization also conducts home bible and ministry groups aimed at encouraging growth through communication and human interaction within the community. For people who would like to fulfill their desires to walk with God while also working for Him, House of Myrrh Ministries offers training as an opportunity to become workshop volunteers or leaders as well.
These and many other workshops and prayer events of the Christian organization have received great praise from their supporters and followers and thus their community grew in numbers and strength. The workshops are now being offered and conducted outside of Oregon as well and people who are interested in spiritual development with God can find the available time and place on the organization’s official website at www.heartchange.org. Although the workshops are offered free of charge, the organization relies on support and donations from the community to help them make their workshops available and continue the God’s work. People who are not able to give financially are always welcome to contribute in other ways.

An American Pastor in Kiev Ukraine delivering Combat Trauma Medical supplies & Humanitarian Goods
An American Pastor, Reverend Dr. William Devlin of New York City, is presently in Kiev Ukraine delivering Combat Trauma Medical supplies & Humanitarian Goods to the army.
Dr. William Devlin, a pastor from New York City and the volunteer CEO of WidowsAndOrphans.info, is currently in Kiev Ukraine assisting one of the Kiev/Kyiv Territorial Defense Forces on the southern end of Kiev. Devlin traveled to Ukraine on March 12, 2022 from New York City with a team in order to begin the process of bringing front-line Combat Trauma Medical supplies to Lviv and Kiev in order to support the Ukrainian Army regulars and also the Territorial Defense Forces who are Ukraine’s second line of defense here.
Speaking for WidowsAndOrphans.info is their volunteer CEO, Pastor Dr. William Devlin: “I am here to bring aid, comfort, encouragement, hope and practical goods to the Ukrainian fighters who are bravely defending their homeland from the current Russian invasion. As our team has met with senior members and medical directors of the Territorial Defense Forces, they state that their greatest needs are combat trauma medical supplies. These supplies are CAT-7 tourniquets, wound-packing gauze (QuikClot), pressure dressings and bandages, chest seal for sucking chest wounds and Molle pouches to carry the items. Not only are we bringing in these practical items but we are also bringing hope, encouragement and God’s love to these courageous volunteers of the Territorial Defense Forces. These brave men have sent their wives and children to a safe location either here in Ukraine or a neighboring country, yet they have stayed to defend their beloved nation. When the war started, I made every effort to rearrange my life so I could come to Kiev to serve the people of Ukraine.
I hope that, by my example as a Christian pastor, others will follow my lead and come to help and bless the Ukrainian people. AD Christie Releases another Gospel Single ‘The Great Dilemma’
Following in the footsteps of his previously powerful singles, AD Christie has released his latest track, ‘The Great Dilemma,’ a cinematic and mighty Gospel creation. About Claire
Claire is a worship leader and singer-songwriter of Nigerian descent who loves the Lord and is passionate about leading people into encounters with Him. Her musical journey began at the age of six, where she was part of a children’s choir and was already singing with much vibrato.
Born into a family of academics, Claire initially wanted to be a doctor. However, her love of music always stood out. Gospel, soul and R&B records served as the soundtrack of her early years, and she participated enthusiastically in choirs, worship teams and music groups.
Her passion for not only worshipping the Lord but writing songs filled with his truth was born from her love for the Word. She wrote her first song at the age of 16. Since then, she has written several songs, including recently released singles “Walk with You” and “Not Intimidated”.
