1. Lift up your hands and begin to bless His Holy Name. Praise the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, Ancient of Days and Magnify His Holy Name. Thank Him for what He did for you in January, February and March, Magnify Him for April, Worship the King of Kings for May, Praise His Holy Name for June. Praise Him that you are still alive to see the Month of July. Bless His Holy Name from the bottom of your heart.

2. Father, the Lord of Host; Arise and defend Nigeria. Put an end to all the tragedies, sorrows, deaths and accidents in this Nation.

3. Father, the Lord of Host, Arise and defend my family. Let there be no more sickness, death, sorrow, tragedies, accidents and problems in my family.

4. Father, Lord of Host, Arise and defend your Church.

5. Father, Lord of Host, Arise and defend me (Moses Durodola). I am your child, son, called by your Name and belongs to you; defend me against enemies known and unknown.

King of King and the Lord of Lords, Ancient of Days, Unchangeable Changer, The King of Glory, The Lord Strong and Mighty in Battle, Glory be to your Holy Name.

Thank you for January, February, March, April, May, June and July. Thank you for bringing us to the 2nd Half of the year. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Father, today in every home where there is sorrow; let the Comforter comfort them in Jesus Name. In this Nigeria, let there be no more tragedies, killings, accidents and crises. Prince of Peace, please let your Peace reign in Nigeria. Arise Oh Lord and defend Nigeria. Defend all the Nations that the enemies are waging war against. Defend our families, homes, Church and us also.

Make tonight a Special Night for us all, visit us, save souls, heal the sick, set captives free and let the devil knows that he has lost the battle over us. And by the time the sun shall rises tomorrow, let us sing a Song of Victory. For those watching us all over the world, defend them also.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
1. The 1st Friday in the Month of August will be inside the Minister’s Conference because our Annual National Convention for Year 2018 is here again starting from the 6th to 12th of August 2018. So there will not be any Holy Ghost Service on the 3rd of August 2018 being the 1st Friday in the Month of August but it will now take place on the 10th of August 2018 during the Annual National Convention of the RCCG.

The theme for the Annual National Convention of the RCCG this year is: DOMINION.

The word is enough to cause you to be there because to have Dominion is to be in Charge/Control. Not just to be healthy but to be controlling the hearts of others. You will be amazed as to how many people have Dominion. As am preaching now there are some people behind the scenes with dominion – if they tampered with the microphone that’s all. But as the Lord lives, by the time the Annual National Convention will be over, in every area of your life; you will have Dominion!

2. Tonight has been a wonderful one. If you observed that everything has been done by the girls. And then look at that fantastic sermon.

Many people watching us are already waiting for something to write on to attack me that I allowed woman to preach.

So let me tell you well ahead of time; it is written that on the last day: I will pour out my spirit on ALL flesh and your sons and daughters shall Prophesy.

The anointing on your daughter is not for frying chicken but to Prophesy.

Every man here tonight was brought into this world by woman. When they named those who are Covenant Partners of Jesus Christ in Luke 8: 1-3; the bible did not mention any male there but they are all girls. The people that went to anoint the body of Jesus Christ after His death were all women. The first fellow to see Jesus Christ after He rose from the dead is a woman.

… So let the girls shout Praise the Lord.

So those of you talking down on the girls listen to me; that your excuse was that it was a woman who caused Adam to sin is not true and I will prove it to you: Adam sinned because he wanted to sin. Read your Bible carefully; Adam was the one God gave the instructions: don’t eat the fruit. So when Eve ate the fruit and brought it to Adam; Adam should have said: aaaahhh woman what have you done. But as soon as she gave him the fruit he ate it (he is waiting to eat the fruit). When the wife of Portiphar came to Joseph, he said No but Adam did not say No. When the wife of Portiphar began to pursue Joseph, he ran but Adam didn’t run.

Let the girls shout Praise the Lord and let the brother shout Hallelujah!

PART 1

There is an enemy connected to every man according to 1 Corinthians 15:26 – The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

So everybody must face this final enemy.

This enemy has many agents including sickness as we have in 2 Kings 13:14 – Now Elisha was fallen sick of his sickness whereof he died.

It does not matter your anointing, you will face this death – it is appointed to every man to die once and then judgement.

Another agent of death is poverty according to Proverbs 10:15 – The rich man’s wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.

Another agent of death is bondage – Spiritual Bondage. In Marks 5: 1-15; where someone under Spiritual Bondage is trying to destroyed himself. It is when someone is in bondage that he will think of suicide.

There is a link between sickness and sin. In Psalms 107: 17-20; the bible says fools because of their transgressions and iniquities are afflicted.

For example in Marks 2: 1-12; when they brought that man to the foot of Jesus Christ, the first thing that He did was to tell the man: son your sins are forgiven.

The bible says that the soul that sinneth shall die.

For your Victory over sickness to be Permanent, then you should sin no more.

In John 5: 2-14; a man sick for 38 years was brought to Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ healed him and told him to sin no more.

There is a link between poverty and sin.

Proverbs 13:15 says: Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

So for you to have a Complete and Permanent Victory over poverty then you need to obey God’s Commandments completely. Deuteronomy 28: 1-12; talks about when you hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, you will no longer borrow from Nations.

There is a link between bondage and sin.

1 John 3:8 says he that sineth is of the devil.

And the devil has a right to claimed such.

So therefore to be free from the bondage, then you must come to Jesus Christ.

1 John 3:15 says: Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Matthew 1:21 says: And she shall being forth a son and thou shalt call his Name JESUS for He shall save His people from their sins.

So if you want Freedom and Victory tonight, then you need to get Jesus Christ quickly so that His blood can wash away your sins.

That is why Jesus Christ said in Matthew 11: 28-30: Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.

Because if you come to Him, His blood will cleanse you from all sins.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says: If any man be in Christ, He is a New Creature; old things are passed away and all become new.

So a word is enough for the wise. If you therefore wants Compete Victory tonight then come to Jesus Christ. He is the Lord of Hosts and He can give you All Round Victory – Physically (because by His stripes we are healed); Materially (because my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus); Spiritually (because you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free).

Jesus Christ is the Truth. And the bible says that whosoever the son shall set free shall be free indeed
So if you are here now and yet to give your life to Jesus Christ then before I count from 1 to 10; come and stand before the altar. He promised that anyone that comes to Him, He won’t cast away. Today is your day of Salvation.
For those of you in front of the altar now and those coming; cry to the Lord and say Father please have mercy on me, save my soul, forgive my sins, wash me clean in your blood and I will serve you for the rest if my life.

Let the others stretch out their hands to these ones and asked the one that saved you to also save them too. Asked that the Lord will be Merciful to them, save them, forgive their sins, wash them in His blood and let them serve you till the very end.

GO PRAYS: My Father and my God; thank you for your Words and for all these people who has come to give their lives. Please remember your Promise that no one that comes to you that you will cast away. They have come to you; please received them in Jesus Name. Have Mercy on them, wash away their sins and write their names in the Book of Life. From now on, fight their battles for them. Let them serve you till the very end and don’t let them ever backslide. In Jesus Name we have prayed.

PART 2

BIBLE TEXT: 2 KINGS 5: 1-14

In the Name of the One who called me: This very Night, your Victory will be Total and Permanent!
When we talk of Complete Victory (All Round Victory); it simply means that there is no area of your life whereby you are suffering any defeat again. It simply means that there is no reproach in your life.

Naaman has a reproach in his life that reduced the Victory in other areas of his life to nothing. He was on top of his career, wealthy, famous and loved by the King but he was a leper. This reduced all that he had to nothing.

In Genesis 16: 1-5; Sarah was despised by her maid (Hagar) who made jest of her because she could not give birth to a child for her husband Abraham. Then God moved and the one despised lived happily.

Listen to the Testimony tonight especially the one from my Pastor that gave birth to a child 24 years after marriage – God simply moved on his behalf.

For someone here tonight, it does not mattered how long your problem(s) may be; my God will move on your behalf.
In 1 Samuel 1: 1-20; Hannah was loved by her husband but she has a reproach as she was barren. The second woman tormented her – of what use is a fruitless tree? But God moved on her behalf.

On behalf of someone here tonight (or reading); God will move.

In 2 Kings 4: 8-17; the Shunammite woman has everything (she was a great woman) with the exception of something. She was wealthy, influential and great but was barren until God moved.

God can move in various ways to remove the reproach in your life.

One of such ways is to: Silence the Mockers.

… If the Lord lives, that will be the theme for the Holy Ghost Service for the Month of September 2018.

The Almighty God will silence all the mockers in your life in Jesus Name.

In 2 Kings 4: 1-7; the creditors had already moved in on the poor widow, about to sell her sons and then God moved.

In 2 Kings 2: 19-22; the elders in the land of Jericho said to Elisha: look at our city, everything is pleasant but we have a reproach. God moved and the reproach removed.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, any reproach in your life will be removed today.

Daddy does not know the kind of problem(s) that you have that you can not even discussed with anyone including your Pastor; in the Name that is above all Names that problem(s) is over tonight.

PRAYER: Father, every reproach in my life, let them be removed tonight. You know the problem(s) that I cannot discussed with anyone, please removed it tonight. All the reproaches that will not allow my Victory to be Complete, Absolute and Permanent remove it. All those secret battles that I have been fighting alone; give me Victory over them tonight.

Tonight, we will be using Naaman as our Case Study because when God finished with him; his body was like that of a new born baby; his Victory was Complete, Absolute, Permanent and he was never a leper again.

The journey to this Victory started within his house. There was one maid there who was brought in from a foreign country who said: how I wish this General can visit a Prophet in her native land as there was help at hand there.

For someone here tonight, God will ensue that the help at hand that you need, God will arrange it for you.

So many a times, what we need is what is called First Aid – that is Help immediately that you needed it.

Psalms 46:1 says that: He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Psalms 27:10 says: When my father and my mother forsake me then the LORD will take me up.

… There are a times that you will need help and you will need such immediately.

In Exodus 15: 22-25; when the children of Israel were on their way to the Promised Land. They got to Marah and cannot get water to drink because the water there was bitter. Everybody was ready to bounced on Moses. Then God showed him a leaf that can turn the water to sweetness.

In 2 Kings 4: 1-7; for the widow; what God used to turn things around for her was the pot of oil already in her house and the empty vessels with her.

In the Name that is above all Names, that Help that is already near you that will lead you to Victory; God will revealed them to you.

In Matthew 17: 24-27; when the people asked Jesus Christ and His disciples to pay tax. God guided Peter to go to a river nearby to go and catch a fish. And the fish already has money in its mouth they could use for it.
That person God will send to you might already be near you now already.

PRAYER: Father, send help to me RIGHT NOW, immediately and not tomorrow morning.

As the story continues, we saw that through the help of this little girl, suddenly Naaman was connected to the one who will help his destiny.

As God lives, before this Month ends, God will connect you to the Helper of your Destiny.
Watch from the story very well; the girl spoke to the wife of Naaman (she didn’t do anything about it). But while speaking to her, others heard, told Naaman about it. Naaman told his King about it, his King wrote and send a letter to the King of Israel. The King of Israel got the letter, tore his dress and somehow someone told Elisha about it.
God works in a mysterious way. I don’t know how God will do it tonight; He will do it in a mysterious way for you and connect you to the Helper of your Destiny.

In Exodus 4: 1-16; Moses was the one God called to be sent to Egypt. He told God that he stammers and God brought Aaron to him. Later by the time we get to Exodus 17: 8-13; when the Amalekites came to attack the Israelites; it was the same Aaron and Hur that God used to be lifting up the hand of Moses as long as the battle last and they won.
In Deuteronomy 34: 9; God had a plan with Joshua to link him up with Moses.

Consider Joseph; God revealed to him that he will be great and that his family will bow down to him. Do you see how God arranged it: he was sold by his brothers to Portiphar. Portiphar’s wife tried to seduce him, he refused, sent to prison, met two (2) officers of the King in prison (one was killed and the other one restored to his position in the King’s Palace). The King had a dream, he cannot interpret it and then God brought him to the Palace.

How God will do it I don’t know but in the Name of the One who sent me; the one who will help your destiny, God will connect you with that person.

PRAYER: Father, you can use any method just connect me with the one who will help my destiny. Whichever mysterious way you want to use, just connect me. Please do it soonest … this very Month.

PROPHESY:
1. The Lord asked daddy to tell someone here tonight that He will heal you from head to toe.
2. The Lord said that there is someone here that the force of darkness tormenting you won’t return again.
3. The Lord asked daddy to tell someone here that your pregnancy won’t come down until maturity.
4. The Lord that there is someone here that you belong to a gang. He said that the gang will be wiped out before the end of this Month. So run for your dear life and leave that gang and run to Jesus Christ or you will not see the end of the Month of July.

As we continued the story, we heard that God connected him to the one who will gave him Permanent Victory. But he nearly destroyed the Plan of God for his life – the Man if God said to him: go down to River Jordan and wash in it seven (7) times and he got angry.

Naaman has two (2) big personal problems:

1. He was a proud man – He was a successful General. He said are there no better rivers in my country than river Jordan?

2. He was a man of temper. The bible says that he went out in rage.

James 4:6 says: God resists the proud and give Grace to the humble.

If proudness is your problem, then you need to check that very quickly.

Ecclesiastics 7:9 says that anger lies in the blossom of a fool.

Daddy does not know what is your own Internal enemies. The elder has a saying that if the enemies within does not kill you then the External enemies cannot kill you.

Is it appetite that is your own problem like Esau? Is it to get money at all cosy like Gehazi that is yours?

Romans 8:31 says – What shall we then say to these thing? If God be for us, who can be against us.

The Bible did not answer the question in the first part. If you dare the devil he will flee from you; dare demons, you can cast them out and even the herbalist cannot do anything to you because He said that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

But if God is for us and you are against yourselves then we have a big problem.

The Yoruba will say when they prayed that God will not allow my inner mind to destroy my destiny.

PRAYER: Father, don’t let my Inner Mind destroy my Destiny. Don’t let me be my own enemy. I know that you have great plans for me, please don’t let me destroy the plans myself.
Then something happened, as Naaman was going away in a rage furiously one of his servant stopped him to advise him. And if you know anything about the Military; even when Generals are not angry before you talk to them you must take a salute for permission. But this man was in a rage. But because of God’s Special Plans for him, a servant was able to stopped him and advised him.

When God has made up His mind to Help you, nothing can stop Him.

Daddy knows that God has planned this Program for someone. He has proposed in His heart to Help the fellow and

He will do everything to Help such fellow.

In 1 Kings 19: 1-8; Elijah was frustrated and asked God to kill him. But God said No, I will not kill you because you must reach your goal.

In John 21: 1-19; after Jesus Christ told told Peter in Luke 5: 1-11 that he won’t be fishing for fishes again but fishing for men. He forsook all, followed Jesus Christ until He died. Then he said: I will go back a fishing again after denying Jesus Christ three (3) times. But Jesus Christ went after Him again. He went to fish overnight and caught nothing and Jesus Christ appeared on the scene and asked him three (3) times if he loved Him in order to confirm.

There is a love of God that can hold you tight no matter how hard you try to backslide. May God extend such to you tonight.

Those of you who thinks they can distract me (daddy); it is too late as he has made up his mind: living or dead that he will stay with Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Father, don’t let go of me. Hold fast unto me. Help me all the way even when everything within me is pushing me to leave you no matter how hard I tried. Please, hold me tight so that I can finish well and strong.
… You will not fall by the way side as you will finish well in Jesus Name.

PROPHESY:
1. The Lord said to someone because you survived the Month of June, you will not die again.
2. There is a saying that: the rich Also cry. The rich also have their problems. The Lord says that the proverb will never apply to you again.
3. The Lord says to someone, pay attention and see the beginning. From this Month, your adversaries will disappeared one by one.

There is the role of paying attention to details. If God is talking to you; for your Victory to be Total, pay attention to details. Naaman was told to wash in River Jordan seven (7) times and not five (5) or six (6) times. He dipped himself in river Jordan six (6) times nothing happened and it was the 7th time that he came out clean.

In Deuteronomy 28: 1-13; the bible says that if you hearkened diligently to the Word of God to do ALL the things that He commands you that is when things will happen.

Look at 2 Kings 4: 1-7; the Man of God told the widow to go and borrow many empty vessels from her neighbours and not a few and then closed the door. She was told that as she pour the oil into the empty pot, she should set them aside once full. If the widow had borrowed empty vessels without shutting the door, the oil will not pour.

Daddy prays that the Almighty God will will help us Christians to pay attention to details. Many of us doing things our way and expects God to do something but we are not paying attention to details. We gave offering without giving it cheerfully forgetting that God loves a cheerful giver. He said bring all the tithes into my house. It is God that says put me first.

Daddy happened to be a Mathematician but he knows the importance of details. In a right angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two (2) sides. But we know from the law that if the angle is a little more than 90 degrees, it won’t be so.

If you want to deal with God, deal with Him with details. If you want to serve Him then serve Him wholeheartedly.
In 2 Kings 13: 14-29; Elisha was about to die. The King met him and said: my father my father what should I do? Elisha said no issues, take a bow and arrow and shoot – he said the arrow is for the deliverance from Syrians until they are consumed. Then he asked the King to take the arrow and smite the ground and the King smite it only three (3) times and stooped. Who asked you to stop? The man of God was wroth that who asked the King to stop as they will just be Victorious three (3) times but should have smitten like five (5) or six (6) times. If the King has been wise, he should immediately have kept on doing it.

Pay attention to details because God is the God of details and He kept watch over everything that you do.

The bible says that every hairs on your head has a number – this is to show you how detailed God is.

A lot of us today will look at us (daddy) and see the Glory but they don’t know the details.

PRAYER: Father, the Grace to Obey you completely give it to me today. The Grace to obey you in details all the way in all of your instructions give me Lord.

Finally, what do I do so that all my Victory will remain Permanent forever?

After Naaman received his Victory, he came back to say thank you. He returned to Elisha in 2 Kings 5: 15-19 – he said see am now clean. The Man of God said congratulations. Then he said please sir this is money, clothes, this and that.

He came back to say thank you.

The reason why most of us never had more than one breakthrough in life is because we never come to testify about what God did for us. We won’t witness what God did for us to others.

The elders has a saying that if a child is grateful for what he receives yesterday, he will received another one.

The elders says that the person who is ungrateful is like an armed robber that stole your valuables.
If that is to be true then I regret to say that there are many armed robbers among the Christians. Many cannot say thank you to Jesus Christ. He has healed so many people but they would not come out to testify so that others can listen to them.

Someone says that I am shy but you are not shy when you had problems.

The widow in 2 Kings 4: 1-7; after the Miracle of multiplication came back to Elisha to testify. That mad man of Gadarene in Marks 5:20 after Jesus Christ had drove away the demons in him, came back to say thank you am free and am ready to go everywhere with you. But Jesus Christ said go and tell others. This fellow called Bartimeaus who was blind, as soon as Jesus Christ opened his eyes, he went everywhere to testify. In Marks 1: 40-45; when Jesus Christ cleansed the leper. Jesus Christ told him don’t tell anyone. But he said: how can I keep quiet – am a leper before but now clean so I will tell everybody.

Many of us will say that they got born again because someone told them about Jesus Christ. But since then you have not told anyone about Him.

You know that the Almighty God has Power and with Him nothing is impossible but you keep quiet and you cannot say thank you.

PROPHESY:
1. The Lord says that it is possible for someone here today not to know failure again. Who is that fellow? This time around, all your Joyful expectations shall not fail.
2. The Lord says that there is someone here tonight, very soon He will fulfill Psalms 23:5 for you – Thou prepareth a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

Learn to say thank you to God. Appreciate God for what He did in times past and He will do more for you. Thank Him for the Victory He gave to in the past and He will make it Permanent.

In the next ten (10) minutes all daddy wants you to do is just to Thank Him – thank Him for all what He has done for you in times past.

… May the Almighty God accepts your Thanksgiving. May He give you a Greater thing to thank Him for.

PRAYER: In just three (3) minutes, in every area of your life that you are still fighting battles talk to Him about it as He is ready to give you Complete Victory Physically, Materially, Spiritually and Maritally in your Finance, Ministry, Office or Academics. Tell Him that you must have Total, Complete, Absolute and Permanent Victory tonight.

GO PRAYS: Lord of Host, I commit all these your children to your hands; before sunrise, let everyone of us sing Songs of Triumph in every area of our lives in such a manner that by the time we wake up, we will wake up to another realms. Let your children have Absolute Triumph. Thank you Lord, in Jesus Name we prayed.

PRAYERS FOR THE DISCIPLES
This Month is the Disciple’s Convention so let all students and Alumni of the School Of Disciples come to the altar now.

PRAYER: Say Father, on the last day, let me be seated with you on the throne. I am a disciple and you are my Leader, lead me on and I will follow you. Lead me to Heaven and let this be my portion.

GO PRAYS: Father, I commit all your Disciples to you; wherever they may be now, am asking for Special Anointing for them – Anoint them for Signs, Wonders and to Perform Miracles. You said in your Words that the Works you do we will do Greater Works. Father, beginning from now let Greater things be done through them – let them raised the dead, open blind eyes, make lame walk and perform special Miracles that are not common. Father, lead us on, we will follow you, sit with you in Heavenly Places. And by time to time, let us have Greater Testimonies. In Jesus Name we have prayed!

GENERAL THANKSGIVING
Now let us get ready to say thank you to the Almighty God for what He has done in our lives today and for the School Of Disciples Schools/Campuses all over the world. Let us thank Him on behalf of all the Disciples.

GO PRAYS: Father, from tonight let us have Permanent Victory over poverty.
… So with dancing and rejoicing go to the nearest basket to drop your offerings.

CLOSING PRAYERS
The Almighty God will bless you Permanently. He will support you Permanently. Whatever the enemies may want to toy with in your life will go. He will uphold you to the end. This Month, He will link you up with Helpers of your Destiny.

The Lord will bless your offerings, sanctify them and use it for His Glory.

From now on, you will never lack. Your Victory will be Permanent.

As you go, the Lord will go with you. You will find favour with God and men. On your way, Miracles will follow you.

At home, Miracles will be waiting for you.

Topic: Seeing in the Darkness [Joyce Meyer‘s Devotional Sunday July 8, 2018]

The mind of the wise instructs his mouth, and adds learning and persuasiveness to his lips. Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the mind and healing to the body. — Proverbs 16:23-24 (AMPC)

There are times you just can’t see through the darkness that seems to be closing in around you. It is in those times of endurance and patience that your faith is stretched and you learn to trust God even when you can’t hear His voice.

You can grow in your confidence level to the point where “knowing” is even better than “hearing.” You may not know what to do, but it is sufficient to know the One Who does know.

Everyone likes specific direction; however, when you don’t have it, knowing God is faithful and ever true to His promise, and that He has promised to be with us always, is comforting and keeps us stable until His timing comes to illuminate the situation.

Topic: Praise For Manifestation

Psalm 22:3 –But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

When you are full of praise, the fullness of God emerges and when His fullness emerges, He causes you to become full of signs and wonders. Joy births praise and a praiseful heart will attract the presence of God and the presence of God will give birth to signs and wonders.

Praiseful Christians are winning Christians. You cannot praise God and be a loser in life. Praise must be done with understanding for it to produce result.

Psalm 47:7 -For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

Those who praise God continuously are the ones who go from strength to strength. Many people find it hard to praise God because they are seeing problems of life instead of seeing the promises of God but if you allow yourself to see the promises of God, you will undoubtedly praise God.

Instead of seeing sickness, you see God’s word that ‘Himself took your infirmities’. Instead of seeing poverty, you see His word ‘That He was made poor that you might be rich’. There is no problem that does not have a Word of God for it. If you can put your faith on God’s word, you will never allow the problems of life weigh you down.

All the promises of God in His word are true and they can become yours when you believe Him and give Him a heartfelt praise in appreciation for what is to come.

Certain things happen in life for you to witness the power of God in turning the situation around. If Lazarus did not die, we would not have known the power of resurrection. If Hanna was not barren, we would not have known how God turns impossible situations to become possible. If there was no Goliath, there would not have been any King David. Therefore, certain things happen in your life because God wants to give you a testimony. God will bring testimony out of that situation of your life in the name of Jesus!

Psalm 114:1-7. Read

When you praise God in the face of challenges; at that point where the energy of the flesh can no longer carry you, God steps in and clears every opposition and gives you victory over the challenges of life. Today, as you begin to praise God even when it is not convenient, He will cause that situation to turn around in your favour in the name of Jesus! Your morning will spring forth and you will become a sign and a wonder to your world in the name of Jesus the Christ –Amen!

Apart from changing people and turning negative circumstances around, prayer can also change doubt to trust, fear into faith. You are either a doubter or a believer. You either operate by faith or fear. Every doubter is a potential believer. Prayer can turn the worst doubter to the strongest believer. Prayer never fail. It has the potency to turn any situation around.

Prayer can move mountains. You must first believe that the mountain’s time is up, and that it has to move. Thereafter, you constantly water that seed of prayer with the water of thanksgiving. The more you do so, the more God is compelled to grant your request.

Topic: Daily Confessions for July 8th – 14th 2018 [TREM Devotional Sunday July 8, 2018]

I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins. He rose again triumphant over death, grave and hell. He is sitting at the right hand of the Father God from where He will come to take me home. I am glad that I am saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. While I am waiting for Him, I will live my life here to please Him.

I will bless the Lord with my soul and all that is within me, I will bless the Lord and will not forget His benefits, He forgives me of all my sins, He heals me of all diseases, He redeems my life from destruction and crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies and renewed my youth like that of an eagle. (Ps 103: 1-5)

His thoughts towards me are thoughts of good and not of evil, to give me an expected end. Therefore when I call upon Him, He will hearken unto me. He will give me great and mighty things and make me a praise on the earth. Behold, the Lord will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; He will make a way for me in the wilderness and cause rivers to flow in my desert. (Jer. 29:11-12; Jer. 33:3, Isaiah 43:19)

I am a firm believer in the word of God; and I know that whatever the word cannot give me does not exist. And I do not need it. I stand boldly on the word of God and the word will produce in my life. Therefore, I am convinced beyond every shadow of doubt, that, every word of prophecy and every declaration that has been made over my life this year for good will come to pass. I live under an open heaven. I am an Overcomer (Jn 1:1-3; Heb. 1:3; Is. 44:24-26).

I am a follower of Christ; therefore, I am committed to excellence in all I do. I am a diligent worker and I am dedicated to service in full understanding of God’s call upon my life. I achieve results because God prospers the works of my hands. (Job 37:23; Ps. 148:13; Ps. 150:2; Prov. 12:26).

I treat everyone that comes in contact with me with courtesy; I let the light of God shine through me because I am the extension of God to my world. Every day and in every way, I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally and in all my endeavours. (Prov. 4:18; Matt. 5:14;Jn 8:12; Jn 5:37; Jn 14:9; 1 Jn 4:17).

Topic: Fight Not For Position [DCLM Daily Manna Sunday July 8, 2018]

Text: Numbers 16:36-40 (KJV)

Key Verse: “The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel” (Numbers 16:38).

MESSAGE:

After the Titanic, presumed the world’s largest and safest luxury ship, sank on its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York in April 1912, two simple lists were presented at The White Star Company (builder of the ship). It had only two sections: ‘LOST’ or ‘SAVED’. Interestingly, before the journey, many things were important about the passengers: whether they were rich or poor, seated in the first class or economy cabin, men or women, etc. A time will come when all that matter is whether one is saved or lost.

The infamous rebellion led by Korah, Dathan and Abiram to contest leadership positions eventually came to a tragic end. After the principals of the rebellion died, the two hundred and fifty men who supported them were also burnt with fire.

God commanded Eleazer to make broad plates of the censer used by the rebels, to prevent others from attempting such senseless rebellion.

Korah and his companions died prematurely. Korah should have stayed in his office as a Levite in the spirit of humility to move Israel forward.

Distribution of principal offices, even in the church could become a problem, especially if it is perceived by some mischief makers that some people are more favoured than others.

We must stay off fighting for rights and privileges and allow God to choose. When we are humble, God will lift us and give us more responsibilities in the future. We are in the church to make heaven, not to fight for positions. Therefore, greed for leadership positions in the church or elsewhere should not obscure our vision of heaven.

Thought For The Day: God will reward those who seek Him, not those who seek rewards.

Topic: When The Heaven Opens… [Seeds of Destiny Sunday July 8, 2018]

Scripture: Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven. Psalms 78:23.

Thought For The Day: Power is needed to command the submission of the devil and cause people to repent.

It has been confirmed through the Scripture that a major desire of God is to see His children experience open heaven. This is why He usually opens the heaven unto anyone He wants to use. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Daniel and Jesus were practical examples of those who experienced open heavens in the scripture.

Now, what happens when God opens the heavens? What happens when God opens the door of supernatural empowerment and manifestation for a person?

Such a person has access to supernatural Power, operations, and strange occurrences. Such a person becomes a witness and beneficiary of the unusual acts of God. He is endued with supernatural power for the inexplicable demonstration of the unusual, a situation where God unlocks the reserve of His power.

It is important to know that power is needed to command the submission of the devil and cause people to repent. Power is needed to stop the activities of satan. For example, sometime ago, some mad agents of darkness from hell, demons in human form, were sent to wipe out a whole village in a part of Nigeria but for the mercy of God, it could only take a rugged power like that of Elijah who called fire from heaven to deal decisively with them. It is only the power of God that can subdue the wickedness of such evil men. It is a dimension of supernatural power that makes them die even as they plan to execute their evil agenda.

Beloved, make up your mind to step into the dimension of the manifestation of the Power of God; let God use you by divine empowerment to silence the works of Satan in your time.

Remember this: Power is needed to command the submission of the devil and cause people to repent.

1. Ask God to open the heaven on your life.
2. Decide to consecrate yourself, spend time with God in worship, prayer and the study of the Word in order to operate in the supernatural.

Topic: Protected by Love [Kenneth & Gloria Copeland, Sunday July 8, 2018]

Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven. – Matthew 5:44-45

Love your enemies…turn the other cheek…to most people that sounds like a pretty weak way to handle someone who’s causing them trouble. But, the truth is, it’s the most powerful way there is. It’s the way Jesus did it—and His way never fails.

Do you remember when Jesus went back to Nazareth and the religious folks were angry with Him and wanted to push Him off a cliff? What happened? He just walked right past them, and no one could lay a finger on Him. Another time they decided to stone Him, and He didn’t retaliate that time either. He just walked off. No one could touch Him.

When Jesus walked through that crowd, He wasn’t afraid. He knew they couldn’t hurt Him because He was walking in the love of God.

When Jesus said to turn the other cheek, He didn’t mean for you to stand there and have your brains beaten out. He meant for you to stand there in love and in faith believing that the protecting power of God that accompanies that love would keep you safe. He meant for a man to swing at you and not be able to hit you!

The story of Nicky Cruz as recorded in David Wilkerson’s book, The Cross and the Switchblade, is a perfect example of that. Nicky was reputed to be the most ruthless gang leader of his time. Yet, when David Wilkerson stood in front of him, telling him about Jesus, Nicky was totally unable to hurt him. He thrust his knife at David several times. But every time he did, David just said, “Nicky, you can cut me into a thousand pieces and every piece will still say, ‘I love you and God loves you.’” Because of love, Nicky couldn’t get his knife close enough to David to hurt him. A supernatural force always stopped it short.

“But I don’t have that kind of love!”

Yes, you do. Romans 5:5 tells us that the love of God is shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Spirit. All you have to do is make the decision to be motivated by that love rather than your own human feelings.

My friend, love never fails! You don’t have to be afraid of failure anymore. In fact, you don’t have to be afraid of anything. If you’re walking in the love of God, you’re living the most powerful kind of life there is.

Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12

Corn, also called maize, is the staple food in my home country of Mexico. There are so many different types. You can find yellow, brown, red, and black cobs, even ones with a wonderful spotted pattern. But people in the cities usually won’t eat the spotted cobs. Restaurateur and researcher Amado Ramírez explains that they believe uniformity is a synonym of quality. Yet the spotted cobs taste good, and they make excellent tortillas.

The church of Christ is much more similar to a spotted ear of corn than to a cob of just one color. The apostle Paul used the imagery of a body to describe the church, because even though we are all one body, and we have the same God, each of us has been given a different gift. As Paul said, “There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work” (1 Corinthians 12:5–6). Our diversity in the ways we help each other shows God’s generosity and creativity.

As we embrace our diversity, may we also make every effort to keep our unity in faith and purpose. Yes, we have different abilities and backgrounds. We speak different languages and come from different countries. But we have the same wonderful God, the Creator who delights in so much variety.

Prayer: Father, may we make every effort to be one, respecting and valuing each other and our various gifts and talents.

We need one another in order to be what God wants us to be.
